One of our favorite places to stay. Beautiful and quiet. Bed is perfect and comfy. We have been here twice now. Great communication with host.

Back unit was very nice, clean and with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. We enjoyed the hot tub and it was close by all the attractions the city has to offer.

What a great stay!! We were walking distance to downtown (12 minutes) and walking distance to wine shuttle (20ish minutes.) House was perfect for us! Girl trip with two people. Made coffee all mornings. Ned was comfy. Couch slept great too (I was so tired one night I slept on the couch!) We didn’t have time to use patio or hot tub but I’m sure they’re great! Great, quiet neighborhood. I’d stay here again with no hesitation!

Clean and cozy! The internet was unfortunately very slow, but a minor complaint. The unit is a duplex, but there were no guests staying in the other portion, so no issues there. Great location.

Clean and cozy home. Beautiful green back yard where the deer came to eat. Private outdoor hot tub was very relaxing. Friendly and responsive rental management. We love going to Fredericksburg for quick getaway weekends and will likely use Cozi Rentals again.

Wonderful, quaint home in Fredericksburg within walking distance of cuisine, crafts, and most importantly, wine. Extremely clean quarters. The owners have taken much pride and attention to detail to ensure a comfortable stay.

The home was exactly as advertised. Checkin and check out was easy. Everything worked and everything was clean. We cooked several meals and found what we needed to prepare them. We will definitely come back! So convenient to where we wanted to walk and shop.

Very good. Checkin and out was easy. Rooms and bed were comfortable and cozy. Requested a drip coffee make and one was dropped off. Adjusted nights up one night and wasn’t a problem. Property was very convenient to down town area. Air conditioner worked but could have worked better.

This house is very close to everything! Enjoyed our stay. House is essentially shared, one house split into two. So be prepared for that.

Perfect place for a romantic getaway for two. The hot tub was hot and secluded. The bed was comfy, although the pillows need to be refreshed soon, but nothing that prevented me from having great sleep. The kitchen has basics, so more suited to snacks and not eating a full meal. Coffee maker is a keurig, not drip. The location is super close to everything but still quiet. I would stay here again.

I always love to visit Fredericksburg TX. The place was clean and nice. We enjoyed using the hot tub that was clean and perfect. Check in and check out process was easy. I will definitely recommend other to stay at this place.

We truly enjoyed our stay! We felt isolated from the hectic pace of our lives for a few days. Walking distance to Hondo's and the German Bakery made it so convenient. We were looking for a can opener one night as we ate breakfast and dinner in the house, but we couldn't find one. The bed was very comfortable! Slept like we were at home!

This home has two separate 1 bedroom/1bath units each with full kitchens and hotubs! Perfect place for our party of four to get away! The furnishings were very cute and beds very comfortable. Everything was clean and exactly what we needed to have a mini-vacation. The location was very convenient just 1 block off Main Street. I loved being able to shop, have dinner, visit tasting rooms and returning home all by foot. I’m already planning to rent a unit for my husband and I to have a date weekend!

Great little place to stay if you want a short walk to Main. Clean and well maintained. Hot tub and patio were nice, although there was a lot of bleach in the hot tub. Had to shower after getting out. Great place,would recommend.

The location of the property was perfect. We were within walking distance of a lot of nice restaurants. The condo unit was brand new and very clean. And, the condo was very close to Road America.

The accommodations were fine however this house is made into 2 suites divided by a single door and we weren't aware. Thankfully our neighbors were great and it was only for one night.

This was a great place to stay in Fredericksburg. The location was central to everywhere we wanted to go and we found a couple of hidden gems nearby. Beautifully maintained property, perfect size for a weekend getaway, and we really enjoyed the hot tub and fire place! We'd definitely stay here again!

Everything was wonderful. Excellent space, comfortable bed and beautifully decorated! We had a great time. Our only suggestion is to use a pen or marker to mark the “lock” button on the keypad. We had no idea how to lock up and it took several calls to the property manager, whose VM is full, until someone finally came and just pushed the lock button-boy we felt silly! Perhaps include in the instructions or mark the lock button. We would definitely stay here again. On a side note, quite literally; the adjacent suite guests had parked in the driveway instead of the street. They were quite intoxicated and said they weren’t told anything about parking. That’s on them, so nothing against the host! 😊

My wife and I had a great weekend getaway. The house is comfortable and quiet with a great “park like” view from the back windows. Easy walking distance to Hondo’s and some great nightlife. We had a fantastic weekend.

We had such a great weekend! This location was a perfect distance from the activities in downtown Fred. Close enough to walk to food, drink, shopping, and yet far enough away to not hear the loud music late at night. Very peaceful place. Perfect accommodations for a romantic getaway!

Cute and cozy stay, especially during the cold snap that came in while staying in Fredericksburg. Location is an easy walk to Main Street, we walked to get breakfast at Caliche and dinner at Hondos. Its also tucked away enough from the hustle and bustle to give a quiet and calming vibe. The outdoor fire pit and hot tub are great.

The house was very clean and roomy. We also enjoyed the patio and outdoor fireplace. One bit of feedback: in both the Weston and attached Alma cottage, the only pods for the K cup coffee maker were decaffinated. It would have been so nice to have some regular coffee as well!

The Courtyards at San Antonio were very relaxing and beautiful. I appreciated all the fabrics and linens and decor. We walked to breakfast which was close and convenient.

My partner and I had a wonderful stay at this property. It is close to downtown, but still felt like a little oasis. The management was quick to address a small issue we encountered and resolved it promptly. I would highly recommend this property.
