The loft features a convenient kitchenette with a sink, mini fridge, and a Nespresso coffee maker—perfect for light bites and your morning brew. Please note: the machine takes Nespresso-compatible capsules only (not standard K-cups or ground coffee), and a starter supply of pods is provided; guests are welcome to bring their own favorite Nespresso pods for a longer stay. Best of all, you're just a short walk from Main Street's shops, wineries, and restaurants, offering the ideal mix of peaceful seclusion and easy access to the heart of Fredericksburg.

Addison, glad the questions got answered quickly, that is the part we work hardest at, so it is good to hear it landed. Thanks for the ten. Next time you are out this way, give yourself a slow morning on the porch with coffee before the day gets hot, and take the trail loop around the resort grounds early when the deer are still out. It is the best half hour of the day and most folks sleep right through it. Come see us again. Every guest who comes back to us gets 10% off the return stay, and that includes you. We had a wonderful getaway weekend with friends. I wanted something in town so that we could go shopping and try out new foods. The host was super helpful and even gave us recommendations for dinner. We would definitely stay here again. It was clean, comfy and perfect for our weekend.

Marisela, a weekend of shopping and hunting down new places to eat is exactly what this house is set up for, and I'm glad the dinner suggestions landed well. Clean and comfy is what we aim for, so hearing it from a group of friends who spent the whole weekend out and about means a lot. Next time you're in, come on a Saturday morning and hit the market on the square first, it's the best browsing in town and the breakfast tacos nearby are worth the walk. Donna, the bathroom floors should have been mopped before you walked in, and that one is on us. Our cleaning checklist now has floors signed off room by room, and we are adding a card by the coffee maker listing the pod type it takes, plus a starter supply in the drawer so nobody gets caught out. Good to hear the house and the location worked for your weekend. Next time, come out on a Saturday evening and take advantage of the resort's live music at the pavilion; it is worth planning the trip around. Alfonso, "great spot" is about the highest compliment a place like this can get, so thank you for that. The house sits in a quiet corner of the resort, and folks tend to figure out pretty quick that the back porch at sunset is where the whole day should end up. Next time you are down this way, take an evening and drive out toward the wineries and dance halls nearby, then come back and sit out under the stars. This was the perfect spot for our Fredericksburg trip. While it’s part of a larger home, the separate entrance made it feel totally private. It’s very close to Main St. It was well furnished and had just what we needed for two people. The Stay Texas team made sure we were set up and were there if we needed anything. Highly recommend this rental.
