We enjoyed our stay here. The pool and hot tub were amazing. The house, bedrooms, restrooms were amazing. Only issue was there wasn’t enough pans. It made it hard to cook thankfully one of us had a griddle and it helped out a lot. Also I contacted to ask if there was a grill since I didn’t see one listed and they said no but they actually do have a grill at the house. There was a spider in our bed when we got in and there’s a lot of ants so maybe they’ll have to pay for someone to come out and spray. The kitchen window and chandelier were dusty but nothing too bad. Overall we enjoyed our stay and hope to come back soon.

We had a lovely stay! The place was absolutely perfect and had so much space for all of us to be comfortable. Pool and hot tub were perfect as well as fire pit. Truly an oasis.

Fredericksburg was the second leg of our almost week long trip, and after a packed weekend in Austin, my friends and I were feeling fatigued. When we pulled into the Suniland house, it was like a flip was switched. We took in the beautiful home, scenic surroundings, and incredible pool and spa area, and it was like our vacation was only just starting. We enthusiastically chose rooms, then wasted no time jumping into the pool. Over the few days we were there, we were able to relax in this cozy home, even sharing an incredible meal we cooked together in the kitchen. Although the weather was unexpectedly intense, the hosts were understanding and responsive , allowing us to check out late to avoid flood zones. By the end of our stay, we all agreed we'd miss the house and will certainly return.

We enjoyed our stay!! The place is beautiful, you can tell it’s fairly new, the facility was clean and neat, well stocked with cleaning supplies.The pool and jacuzzi were awesome, the whole backyard is really well made. It was too hot to use the sauna but it’s definitely a nice touch if you’re visiting in cooler temperatures.Only issue was the bugs around as this area is a bit rural. Expect spiders and other insects around. Host was very communicative, we got responses back very quickly. Definitely recommended!

We came for a girl's trip and it was the perfect spot and home for that. The house layout was great to accommodate this many women. We enjoyed the pool and sauna. The outdoor area was great! It was super close to downtown yet far enough so we couldn't hear night life. The bathrooms weren't super clean, little hairs on the back of the doors. We also had some issues with the refrigerator working (the water or ice maker), and the bathroom faucets weren't screwed on completely. We do wish they would've provided more toilet paper for the home as it was not enough for 12 women. Otherwise it was a great stay! Thank you again for your quick communication with us!
