What a beautiful, cozy, clean, comfortable, relaxing, safe and enjoyable space. We loved the living and sleeping spaces immensely. We greatly enjoyed the decor and surroundings. We felt safe and we felt our privacy was respected. Thank you for efforts in creating a cute/ quaint space for us and others to visit and enjoy. We’ve been to many places. This is on the top of the list.

It's such a cute farmhouse and he bed was very comfy. The bathroom was spacious and clean. They do require a deposit and ask you to upload IDs through their own site outside of Airbnb which felt a little uncomfortable. But overall it was great stay! Thank you!

This stay was perfect for me and my girlfriend, it was close enough to Main Street to be near everything we needed to get to but just far enough to have some seclusion and alone time, the guest house is nicely decorated with a hill country flair. The bed was large and comfortable. If I make another trip to Fredericksburg I will definitely stay here again

The photos on line were not overrated. It was a very large and well appointed property. Thee were plenty of options for when the weather turned cold from a chest of extra blankets to a space heater in every room. There was also a nest thermostat and fireplaces in the bedroom and living room. Excellent property.

There was not any body soap or enough toilet paper. Not a big deal as I got some at the dollar store but just a recommendation for next guests.

Overall, had a great experience. Property was close to main street but a bit of a hike if you wanted to walk, which we did not. A lot bigger than it looks in the photos. Only complaint I have is the TV in the living room would randomly flicker, but we didn't spend much time in there so it wasn't a big deal.

We loved our 3 night stay at the Texas Two Step B & B . The owners were very nice and this place had everything we needed. Loved having the fireplace in the bedroom which we used on our last night because it got down to 32 degrees outside. We will definitely come again and definitely recommend to others. You will not be disappointed.

This property is located in a cute neighborhood close to Main Street. The owner communicates well. Check in was simple. The place was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the water pressure was fabulous. We enjoyed the fireplaces. Suggestions for improvement: none. Book it! You’ll be glad you did.

Nice little property, well kept. Our plan was originally just for my wife and I but, unforeseen circumstances caused us to change our plans and bring our daughter. The property manager was very accommodating. While it ended up being a family getaway the property is best suited for a couples getaway as it does have one king size bed. Additional guests will sleep on the couch in the living area. .:-)

Had areas to walk dog but on a fairly busy street. Host was very helpful with an alarm whiich malfunctioned. The decor was simple and very well thought through. We had some issues figuring out how to access TV programs but we are 70 and have no experience with streaming channels. There were simple instructions but not enough for our limited tech savviness.

My husband and I stayed at the Guesthouse and had a very relaxing time. It was very clean and comfortable, and decorated nicely with a vintage vibe. The neighborhood was very quiet and not far from Main St. and all of the restaurants, shops, and Tasting Rooms. We would definitely stay here again.

Roomy & quaint, this listing has all the amenities you would expect. Large garden tub and seperate shower. Host provides varied snacks and pastries for a continental breakfast. Nice comfy getaway. Note: three step downs throughtout the hosue might be an issue for someone who is a fall risk.

This property was clean and super easy to check in. Nice bonus that there was usuable silverware if you needed and a coffee maker for my wife. I will say the property is larger inside than I expected which is a pleasant bonus. We stayed for two nights and will absolutely be back.

The homeowners were very nice and helpful. The house had a good layout. My only suggestion would be to replace the large couch. It was very hard. A comfortable couch would have made the family room cozier! The location was awesome with easy access to Main Street.

Outstanding. We were looking for something just outside of town with a cozy at home feel. This exceeded our expectations. Just outside of the noise and traffic but less than a mile away. My husband and I had a great weekend in Fredericksburg. We truly enjoyed the Texas Two Step cottage. The place was much larger than I anticipated from the photos. Its located just down the street from Main yet very quiet neighborhood. The owner provided everything we needed, even snacks for breakfast. It's a great home away from home.

We had a wonderful time at this precious bungalow InFredericksburg. The set up is perfect for a mother and daughter on different schedules. The bedroom and living areas are separated by a sweet little dining area, making it easy to sleep while another person sits up snd reads or watches tv. All the rooms are spacious including the bathroom. The kitchen is just enough for making drinks and snacks. We love the restaurants in Fredericksburg so we weren’t there to cook. This place is a great value snd very charming.

The pictures don’t describe how nice this guesthouse is. Very easy to get to and great location for going to Main Street. I loved the house layout and all the antique furnishings. I would love to know the history of this house and wish that was displayed somewhere. But would definitely recommend to others.
