Property was clean and quiet with plenty room. It was a short walk to Main Street, but a little too far in the hotter weather to walk to the main stretch of shops and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay very much! Cute little house about 3 minutes from Main. The bed was really comfy and the bathroom really nice with both a great shower and garden tub. Had a little trouble with the step up to the bedroom and step down to the bathroom. My husband has a walker he uses and we weren’t aware of the steps but overcame the dilemma. Beautiful cozy home in a great location. Everything was clean and the bed was super comfortable. The only feedback I’d give is the step down from the bedroom to the bathroom can be dangerous. Had areas to walk dog but on a fairly busy street. Host was very helpful with an alarm whiich malfunctioned. The decor was simple and very well thought through. We had some issues figuring out how to access TV programs but we are 70 and have no experience with streaming channels. We had a wonderful time at this precious bungalow InFredericksburg. The set up is perfect for a mother and daughter on different schedules. The bedroom and living areas are separated by a sweet little dining area, making it easy to sleep while another person sits up snd reads or watches tv. The Hill Country has a way of making you slow down, and a house that feels like it has room to breathe helps with that. Next time you come through, try to catch a sunset from the back porch.
