Inside, you'll find a spacious bedroom with a plush king bed and two inviting chairs perfect for reading, relaxing, or sipping wine after a day of exploring.
The bathroom features a stunning walk-in shower with spa-like finishes, while the kitchenette includes everything you need for light meals and morning coffee—full-size refrigerator, microwave, toaster, and Keurig coffee maker. Whether you're in town for shopping, wine tasting, or a romantic escape, this top-floor hideaway offers an unforgettable blend of history, comfort, and location.

Please note: You are renting Unit A of a two-suite home. Please note that the other suite may be occupied during your stay. Both suites share the main entry door, but each unit has its own private entrance beyond that point.

My husband and I loved our stay! The Airbnb was very clean. The host was extremely responsive and gave great recommendations for things to do while we were there and also checked in to make sure we had everything we needed, which we really appreciated. There was so much to do, and it was such a fun weekend trip. We especially loved that it’s right downtown you can walk to eat, shop, or grab a drink and then easily walk back to the Airbnb to relax. We would definitely book again!

This place was perfect for our getaway weekend! Close to everything on Main Street. The hosts responded promptly anytime I had a question. The unit was VERY clean! It was like we were at home! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Wonderful stay for our trip to Fredericksburg! Location was perfect, and we found it enjoyable to walk down to Main Street for morning coffee, shopping and dinner, then head back up for a break with ease. We also found the suite to be surprisingly quiet, even with the heavy foot and car traffic so close by. We especially enjoyed how nice the water pressure was in the shower. The stairs up to the suite were long, so may not be suitable to those with accessibility issues and those lugging up their winery loot (cases of wine) Check in and check out was easy, and host was really responsive to any inquiries we had. Next time we visit FGB, we would definitely consider this property again!

We had an amazing stay. Property was beautiful and our friends were able to book the next door property which made our stay more enjoyable. Also we were just on Main Street which is a big plus if you are visiting Fredericksburg. The Loft was beautiful and had everything we needed and more!
