Perfect place to stay for an anniversary get away! We got to enjoy Main Street shopping while not having to fight for parking! Great location of yummy foods and wine tasting and shopping . Had just what we needed for my husband and I. Loved the German heritage of the town and how everyone was welcoming. Our hosts were amazing, and I LOVED how our room smelt like leather, since we were above the boot and hat store. Such a peaceful and relaxing stay. This was a lovely location for the first time in Fredericksburg! Right on the main strip. Around the corner from the perfect seafood restaurant to celebrate an anniversary. My husband and I loved our stay! The Airbnb was very clean. The host was extremely responsive and gave great recommendations for things to do while we were there and also checked in to make sure we had everything we needed, which we really appreciated. There was so much to do, and it was such a fun weekend trip. We especially loved that it’s right downtown you can walk to eat, shop, or grab a drink and then easily walk back to the Airbnb to relax. Wonderful stay for our trip to Fredericksburg! Location was perfect, and we found it enjoyable to walk down to Main Street for morning coffee, shopping and dinner, then head back up for a break with ease. We also found the suite to be surprisingly quiet, even with the heavy foot and car traffic so close by. We especially enjoyed how nice the water pressure was in the shower. The stairs up to the suite were long, so may not be suitable to those with accessibility issues and those lugging up their winery loot (cases of wine) Check in and check out was easy, and host was really responsive to any inquiries we had. Kinen, morning coffee on Main Street followed by a quiet retreat back to the suite sounds like the perfect Fredericksburg rhythm, and I'm glad the property made that so easy. The soundproofing in that space really does surprise people, given how close everything is. Fair point on the stairs too, worth knowing before you haul up a case or two from the wineries. Karoleva, twenty years of Fredericksburg visits and you chose the loft for a change of scenery, and it delivered the best night's sleep you've had here. That means a lot. Having your friends right next door in the suite made it a full group experience, and that kind of setup is exactly what these two units are built for. Tim, dedicated parking in the middle of Hill Country wine country is one of those things that sounds small until you actually have it.
