Salvatore, glad the stay itself came off great, and you're right that hunting for a unit number when the house goes by a name is a confusing way to start a trip. That detail sits too far down in the reservation, so we're moving the house name and arrival directions to the top of the confirmation and the day-before text, where you'd actually look for them. Come back and see us when you can take your time with the resort grounds instead of your phone. Next visit, get in the water early before the afternoon crowd. The Airbnb was clean. It was in a good location to walk to shopping, restaurants. Pulling out of the driveway was tricky as it was hard to see if anyone was on the sidewalk and if there were cars on the street it was hard to see if traffic was coming. Luz, having everything within walking distance made that big a difference for your stay, and that is exactly how the property is meant to work. The Hill Country location puts the pool, the common areas, and the surrounding grounds all close enough that you never have to think about hopping in a car. Jason, beating out hotels is a bar we genuinely aim for, so hearing you say that about the space means a lot. Room to spread out on a Hill Country trip makes the whole stay feel different, and being a short walk from Main Street without the weekend noise is one of the real advantages of a midweek visit. When you are ready to come back, a weekend in the fall when the festival season is winding down hits differently and the property is just as close to everything. We had a great time staying in The Blanco. Cute cabin for a couple and felt like home! It’s a good location especially if you want to walk down Main Street and shop! Host was also quick to respond! The only downside I would say is that it’s a little confusing to find when you drive in at night since there is no sign. Comfy little cabin feel & had great space for us! The bed was a tad bit firmer than we like, but overall, very comfortable living area! We really enjoyed our stay. The cabin was right off Main Street, but just enough at the end to not be loud. We had everything we needed. The Keurig wasn’t working and they replaced it within hours. This is a great little cabin for 2. Located in the center of Main Street to walk, shop and have some cocktails. Cabin was beautiful with everything you need.
