Description

As you enter the home, your eyes will gaze upon the spiral staircase leading to the upstairs; there you will find two bedrooms with king-size beds beautifully fitted with luxury linens for a restful and rejuvenating night's sleep. The upstairs bathroom features a tub/shower combo.

Moving back downstairs, the open-concept floor plan offers plenty of space for socializing in the living room or gathering around the dining table for a delicious meal prepared in the kitchen. The beautifully renovated kitchen is designed with rich wood countertops, all stainless steel appliances, bright white cabinets, and the ever-so-popular farmhouse-style sink. There is a small laundry room right off the kitchen for you to use during your stay.

The two downstairs bedrooms also have comfortable king-size beds with luxury bedding. After a day on the town, treat yourself to a spa-like experience under the rainfall shower heads in the bathroom. The Country Haus will become your home away from home!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this country house. The setting was peaceful, quiet, and surrounded by beautiful nature—exactly what we needed to unplug and relax. The home was spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we could possibly need. Waking up to the calm countryside and enjoying the evenings in such a serene space was truly special. We had a wonderful stay in Fredericksburg! The house was beautiful, comfortable, and exactly what we were hoping for. It was quiet, peaceful, and incredibly relaxing, yet still perfectly walkable to Main Street, which made everything so convenient. Visiting during Christmas made it extra special — the town was charming and festive, the food was amazing, and the whole experience felt cozy and memorable. This home was the perfect place to unwind and enjoy all Fredericksburg has to offer. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Super Cute, very clean . Outside is peaceful and family oriented. We saw a deer in the evening. 4 king size beds wow never found that before. Stayed with family for a few day to get out of town. Just the right distance from Main Street for a place to relax but just a few minute drive away to stroll the streets

This was our second time to rent this house with 4 of our friends. It is a fabulous space for up to 8 people. It rained this year, and we took advantage of the screened in porch for our morning coffee. It is a WONDERFUL vacation home! Side note - after we were there 2 years ago, I had my bathroom updated like the downstairs shower, and I LOVE IT!

Great place to stay! The house is beautiful, and comfortable. Perfectly located close to downtown, and not far from the wineries/vineyards. Cozi was great to rent from! Communication was so easy, and fast. They very responsive, and helpful. We had one small issue with an item in the house, and they sent a tech over, and had it replaced quickly. We appreciated their attentiveness and how easy they made our stay.

This was a perfect little house for our family as we explored Fredericksburg. Having a king bed in each room really helped accommodate everyone. We spent most of our time of the lovely front porch or screened in back porch. Would highly recommend it. The host was very good at communicating with us.

Property was great. Very comfortable and adorable. Easy to get downtown and to the grocery store. Very light traffic for being close to main road. Quick <5 min drive to deep downtown and able to walk around the shops and restaurants.
