This house was perfect for our group of 8 girls. There was plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable and very cute. The location was everything and made the weekend easygoing. There are coffee shops, restaurants and shopping all withing a walkable distance. I would definitely stay here again!

We traveled 4 hours to Fredericksburg with an 11-month old in tow, killed a few hours walking around in the heat until our unit was ready, only to arrived at the home and see a message that the AC was not working. 😥. Thankfully Carlos was quick to find us an even better alternative with more bedrooms and bathrooms than the one we booked, at no extra cost to us. He was very courteous and responsive! What could have been a epically disappointing mother- daughter trip, was salvaged and we left with wonderful memories! Highly recommend Cozi Hill!

Great place! Perfect for a long weekend in Fredericksburg with friends. The owners required to be paid a $1000 pending transaction for incidentals and to register in another app. I thought this was against AirBNB policy and wish AirBNB would not allow this. The place itself was wonderful! Just did not feel secure having to use another app and having the $1000 pending fee.

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely, clean home. The 4 stars instead of 5 for cleanliness is due to the hot tub and the outdoor furniture being very dirty, the house itself was spotless, spacious, and comfortable. The management company did address the hot tub the same day and the outdoor furniture was pressure washed the next day--each employee we encountered was courteous and helpful. The beds were comfy, the showers were great. The ladies enjoyed shopping across the street at Madlyn's. The guys enjoyed the golf simulator across the street at Grand Central. Some in our party walked to Main Street for some shopping and sight seeing. We all had a great time and do plan to stay here again.

Lovely home that was actually bigger than expected. The kitchen living area was great for 8 people. The bathrooms were huge and accommodating. I would definitely stay there again.
