Nicholas, hearing that the house had everything you needed is exactly what we aim for when we stock those kitchens and set up the porch furniture. That location does a lot of the work, too, close enough to town for dinner and far enough out that the evenings stay quiet. Next time you're down, take an hour at the resort's swimming hole in the late afternoon when the light comes through the cypress. Most guests find it on their last day and wish they'd found it sooner. Come back and see us. There is 10% off your next stay whenever you come back, the same as for all our returning guests. This house is adorable. I love how it's decorated and loved having a gas stove. The supplies we were provided with were more than enough to last us the 2 nights. The proximity to Main Street was great, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time in Fredericksburg.

Great little place and in a very good central location. Priced well for the area and got a really good deal for where we ended up being located. Host was responsive and communicative leading up to the stay and even after! Would highly recommend.

This home was beyond expectations. The photographs do not do it justice. Beautifully remodeled, well appointed, very comfortable furniture, massive televisions and music surround sound and large bathrooms with huge showers. Blocks away from all of the dining and entertainment facilities. Will definitely book this place again.

We had a wonderful stay in Fredericksburg. The home was beautiful, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed with plenty of space for everyone to relax comfortably. The amenities were excellent, and the hot tub was a perfect way to unwind after a full day of exploring. The location was one of the best features, close enough to walk to Main Street while still offering a peaceful place to retreat. The bathrooms were especially impressive, spacious, well-appointed, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We also appreciated the thoughtful layout, which made the home feel both open and inviting. Overall, this was a fantastic property and a great experience. We would happily stay here again.

This house was perfect for our group of 8 girls. There was plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable and very cute. The location was everything and made the weekend easygoing. There are coffee shops, restaurants and shopping all withing a walkable distance. I would definitely stay here again!

AnnaKate, "great location" and "would book again" in the same breath is exactly the kind of thing that makes running these properties worthwhile. The Hill Country has a way of getting into people, and the house sits right in the middle of some of the best of it. When you come back, time a visit for bluebonnet season if you haven't seen the roadsides in full bloom out here. It is something else entirely.

The Hill Country shops and restaurants right there, a comfortable place to retreat to after, good company around you: hard to beat that combination. Rachael, that balance you described, close enough to walk to everything but still tucked away with room to breathe, is exactly what we built the house around. The Hill Country has a way of slowing things down once you get a little space from the street noise, and it sounds like you felt that. Whenever you are ready to come back, spring wildflower season out here is something else entirely and the house is a great base for it.

Priscilla, that walk to Main Street is one of the best things about staying in that spot, and it sounds like you made the most of it. So glad the house felt spacious and taken care of. On the master shower head, good eyes and genuine thanks for the heads up privately. It is being replaced this week so the next guest gets a working rain shower the way it was meant to feel. Come back when the wildflowers are up in the spring and that house is going to hit even harder!

Shelby, a girls weekend in Fredericksburg is hard to beat, and it sounds like the house delivered exactly what you needed for it. Centrally located makes such a difference when you want to walk to the wineries and shops without planning your whole day around driving. The fan remote from the first bedroom has been replaced and is on the nightstand, and we have scheduled a routine pest treatment for the property. Bring the crew back in the spring when the wildflowers are out along the valley. That stretch of Hill Country is something else in bloom season!

Andrea, getting your group within easy reach of Main Street is one of the best things about that house, and it sounds like you all made the most of it. Fredericksburg's stretch of shops, restaurants, and live music is hard to beat when you are not driving far to get back. Bring the group again when the wineries along the trail are in full swing, and the house will be right there waiting.

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely, clean home. The 4 stars instead of 5 for cleanliness is due to the hot tub and the outdoor furniture being very dirty, the house itself was spotless, spacious, and comfortable. The management company did address the hot tub the same day and the outdoor furniture was pressure washed the next day--each employee we encountered was courteous and helpful. The beds were comfy, the showers were great. The ladies enjoyed shopping across the street at Madlyn's. The guys enjoyed the golf simulator across the street at Grand Central. Some in our party walked to Main Street for some shopping and sight seeing. We all had a great time and do plan to stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay - three adult couples. Roomy and clean and very convenient to Main Street. The only surprise was that the house was on a large, busy street, but overall a great house with nice amenities!

Chrissy, an 11/10 on the location is about the best thing we can read, and we're glad the house felt cozy while you were here. The roach that woke you up and the fire ant bite your friend took are not what anyone should deal with in bed. The house is now on a monthly interior and exterior pest treatment, with the slab edges and perimeter re-treated after every heavy rain rather than waiting for the next scheduled visit. Come see us in the fall when the cypress along the river turn, that drive alone is worth the trip. Whenever you are ready for the next trip, 10% off is waiting for you as a returning guest. We traveled 4 hours to Fredericksburg with an 11-month old in tow, killed a few hours walking around in the heat until our unit was ready, only to arrived at the home and see a message that the AC was not working. 😥. Thankfully Carlos was quick to find us an even better alternative with more bedrooms and bathrooms than the one we booked, at no extra cost to us. He was very courteous and responsive! What could have been a epically disappointing mother- daughter trip, was salvaged and we left with wonderful memories! Highly recommend Cozi Hill!

Great place! Perfect for a long weekend in Fredericksburg with friends. The owners required to be paid a $1000 pending transaction for incidentals and to register in another app. I thought this was against AirBNB policy and wish AirBNB would not allow this. The place itself was wonderful! Just did not feel secure having to use another app and having the $1000 pending fee.

Lovely home that was actually bigger than expected. The kitchen living area was great for 8 people. The bathrooms were huge and accommodating. I would definitely stay there again.
