This house was so clean and everything you need inside even a full length mirror. It’s close to town and we felt safe it’s a great area.

My friends and I had the pleasure of staying at The Grove recently. The accommodations were a perfect fit for our girls trip. Three bedrooms with two generously sized bathrooms were a great find. The house was thoughtfully stocked in both the kitchen and the bathroom with necessary supplies. I was thrilled to find a refrigerator with ice and a water dispenser to fill our cups throughout our stay as it was toasty outside. Getting up in the morning, we enjoyed peeking at the deer roaming the neighborhood, and in the evening we enjoyed the pool area. The house was very clean and the instructions were appropriate and easy to follow. I do wish there had been a tower fan in the bedrooms at least through the summer, but I would not only recommend The Grove to others, I would be glad to stay there again.

Deborah, a stocked kitchen with an ice-and-water fridge and a cool pool to unwind by in the evenings sounds like exactly what a summer girls trip needs. Great house for our group, nice, clean and great location to Main Street. Parking and driveway was a bit tight for our large SUV, one spot is allocated for the rental and parking is shared among 3 houses. Otherwise it met our needs, would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at The Grove! It's just a short walk from Main Street. Easy to explore the shops, restaurants, wineries, and attractions on Main street. The cottage was clean, clutter free, and very comfortable. The beds were cozy and very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the garden tubs were perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The outdoor space was peaceful and inviting. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and charming place.

Beautiful cottage just a couple blocks from the Main Street where everything is in Fredericksburg. We enjoyed sitting out front in the lawn chairs and listening to birdsong during the times we weren’t busy.

Great location. Place was very clean, beds were comfortable. Very responsive host. Perfect for our girls trip. My only recommendation would be to add a couple more mirrors. Parking is tight but we only had one car so it was not an issue for us. I would definitely stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this property. Everything was clean and tidy and the beds were comfortable. The place was very clean and comfortable! Nice location for walking to Main Street to many restaurants and shops. The Cozi vacation crew was very friendly and quick to respond when we had questions. The fastest response time I have ever had for any stay. We really enjoyed staying here and it was perfect for our girls trip to Fredericksburg. We will definitely be back again! This was my first time to experience Fredericksburg! I really LOVED this property as it was newly updated and super clean!! Also was walking distance to the heart of downtown. The only issue we had was it was a little warm/muggy inside the home. I messaged the property manager and he was very prompt with his response. The issue was handled in a timely fashion. I would highly recommend this loc and look forward to coming back!!
