I only have three complaints.1. There was a pile of leave right next to the driveway, which made it difficult to maneuver into an already small driveway entrance.2. We parked in the handicapped parking spot and the bushes, or whatever they were, were grown over and it was difficult to get in and out of the car.2. We had a wonderful stay! The location was fantastic and made it easy to enjoy everything Fredericksburg has to offer. The property itself is beautiful, comfortable, and just as pictured and described in the listing. Everything was spot on, and we really enjoyed our time here.One small suggestion for future guests would be to consider adding an interior deadbolt or additional interior locking mechanism for an extra sense of security. This is a lot with 5 small private houses/apartments on it and a beautiful shared pool. I was in the 3 bedroom house and it was perfect for me and my 2 friends. I was very pleasantly surprised at how well laid out, comfortable and CLEAN everything was. We were there on a Sunday through Wednesday......and we had the pool all to ourselves. It, too, was beautiful and CLEAN. There are also 3? freestanding jacuzzis on the property. Clean matters to us more than almost anything, so hearing you say it twice about both the house and the pool means we're doing the job right. Clean and clearly written instructions are the two things we work hardest on, so hearing both called out means a lot. You are right about the mirror. A full length one is going up in the main bedroom of the house so nobody has to do a final check crowded into the bathroom. My friends and I had the pleasure of staying at The Grove recently. The accommodations were a perfect fit for our girls trip. Three bedrooms with two generously sized bathrooms were a great find. The house was thoughtfully stocked in both the kitchen and the bathroom with necessary supplies. I was thrilled to find a refrigerator with ice and a water dispenser to fill our cups throughout our stay as it was toasty outside. Getting up in the morning, we enjoyed peeking at the deer roaming the neighborhood, and in the evening we enjoyed the pool area. The house was very clean and the instructions were appropriate and easy to follow. We had a wonderful stay at The Grove! It's just a short walk from Main Street. Easy to explore the shops, restaurants, wineries, and attractions on Main street. The cottage was clean, clutter free, and very comfortable. The beds were cozy and very comfortable. This was my first time to experience Fredericksburg! I really LOVED this property as it was newly updated and super clean!! Also was walking distance to the heart of downtown. The only issue we had was it was a little warm/muggy inside the home. I messaged the property manager and he was very prompt with his response. The issue was handled in a timely fashion. This was the second time I’ve stayed at this property and I already want to go back! The cottage is neat, clean, comfortable, well maintained, cutely decorated & is in a terrific location. The property management was easy to communicate with and quick to respond. THANK YOU for the seamless check-in/check-out process and for the wonderful experience!
