Very nice and convenient location. Note that you’ll have to sign a separate contract and pay a separate security deposit outside of Vrbo, which I didn’t think was allowed by Vrbo. But no complaints with the property or communication.

This house was a great spot for me to stay overnight for traveling during the holidays. It's a very close distance to the main streets of Fredericksburg. It is a quiet street and was safe.

Very nice place. Everything was clean and ready to go. It was also close to Main ST. So, you can walk and enjoy the shops wo driving. Perfect little getaway highly recommend.

Just right for a couple visiting Fredericksburg. Cozy and comfortable, modern updates, quiet location. No off street parking, which wasn’t a problem since the other cottages weren’t occupied.

This property was located on a quiet street within walking distance of Main Street. Very clean and plenty of room for 2 adults. The only thing I would suggest is to put up some hooks or a towel rack in the bathroom. Very nice place overall!
