This bright yellow cottage is conveniently situated near an array of restaurants, shops, and attractions, making it the ideal location for your next vacation or business trip. **There are five cottages on the property, each with their own private entrance. The outdoor spaces, including the pool, are shared among all cottage guests.**

Overall the stay was good. The kitchen area is very small, but if you don’t plan on cooking is not a big deal. The property was nice. We didn’t discover the hot water wasn’t working until late the first evening. The property manager had it fixed by mid morning. We were so glad for the quick response.

Great location close to Main Street. Perfectly adequate for two people. There was some construction, but it did not bother us. Overall a good stay.

This cozy little house was great for our trip to Fredericksburg! It was a short distance from Main and made walking to restaurants and the fun easy. Host is super responsive and made us feel right at home.

From the moment I arrived, this Fredericksburg bungalow revealed itself with the quiet confidence of a well-crafted vintage. It offers an ideal setting for a romantic weekend for two or a contemplative solo escape, positioned just a short and pleasant stroll from the town’s tasting rooms, restaurants, and charming boutiques. The space was impeccably clean, presenting itself with the same clarity and balance one hopes for in a finely aged bottle. The hot tub added a luxurious finish to each evening, much like the lingering notes of a well-structured red. Though the television was out of service during my stay, the absence felt intentional, inviting a deeper appreciation of the atmosphere, the conversation, and the moment itself. Overall, this bungalow delivers an experience both elegant and comforting. It’s the sort of place that leaves a lasting impression, much like a memorable wine, and I would happily return for another pour.

Great stay - only complaint was door code not working & tv breaker was flipped but host was very quick to answer a call & provide the code & I found the breaker box around back. Very clean, hot tub worked great, very comfortable bed. Close to main st, 1 min from Hondo’s & crossroads. Beautiful neighborhood. Tight drive way - wouldn’t try driving a dually or big truck through there. All around 5/5 stay.

This place was perfect for my husband and I for a nice relaxing 3 day weekend in Fredericksburg. It had what we needed and it was walkable to Main Street for food, shopping, activities and so convenient!

We enjoyed our stay over the weekend. We felt right at home and anything we needed was provided. The location was in walking distance to Main Street and saved us the trouble of having to find parking. We can’t wait to visit Fredericksburg again and hope to stay here again.

For our quick weekend getaway to Fredericksburg, Unit C at The Grove suited us perfectly. If we were to stay longer, the lack of a stove/oven might have become an issue, but otherwise no complaints.
