This cozy two-bedroom house is the perfect retreat for small groups or families looking for a peaceful getaway. The bedrooms are furnished with king beds to ensure a comfortable and restful stay. The two bathrooms each feature a tub/shower combo, providing guests with a comfortable and convenient option.

The home features a kitchenette with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a coffee maker, mini-fridge, sink, toaster, and microwave. Additionally, we have provided a Smart TV for your entertainment needs.
Take a dip in the hot tub after a long day of exploring or unwind on the front porch with a glass of wine and soak in the serene surroundings. The home features beautiful wood flooring and stylish decor, creating an inviting and luxurious atmosphere.
We are confident you will love your stay, and we can't wait to welcome you!

-This unit is a duplex and shares a wall with another unit situated directly behind it. While you'll have your own space and privacy, please be mindful of noise to ensure a comfortable experience for both you and your neighbors.

**There are five cottages on the property, each with their own private entrance. The outdoor spaces, including the pool, are shared among all cottage guests.**

All in all, it was a great place to stay. Would prefer a full-size fridge. Walls were a little thin and could hear baby crying in the adjoining unit. Beautiful and clean pool. Parking was a little tight when the vehicles for all of the units were present. We literally had to back out of the driveway.

Dawn, a perfect ten with nothing left unsaid speaks for itself. Guests who leave quietly satisfied are the ones we think about most, because it means the house just did what it was supposed to do without getting in the way of your trip. Whenever the Hill Country calls you back, the house will be ready and waiting, and if you get out to Willow City Loop while the wildflowers are running, you will not regret it.

The property is in a great location. You can easily walk to Main Street. The only draw back is that there is only one parking spot on the property so if you are in two cars, someone will have to park on street.

Judy, a thumbs up from a guest says everything. We love having you out here, and those two suggestions, full-length mirrors and bathroom hooks, are genuinely useful ones. Both are going into the house before the next arrival. Come back when the bluebonnets are up this spring, the Hill Country is something else in bloom.

Derrick, glad the hot tub delivered and the house felt fresh on arrival. Maneuvering a truck into that spot takes a little patience and you made it work. Priscilla, not having to move your car once the whole trip is one of those things that sounds small but changes everything about a vacation. That kind of easy access to the Hill Country is something we worked hard to get right with this property, and it is great to hear it paid off. The quiet is real out here too, and it only gets better in the evenings. Come back when the wildflowers are up in spring and you will have the same easy base with a whole different view out the window.

Aaron, a short walk to Main Street is one of the best things about that property, and it sounds like you made good use of it. We have already got a replacement hot tub cover on order, so that will be sorted well before your next trip. Process was very smooth and easy. Cabin was very clean and nice with great location. Only a couple minute walk to Main Street. The ONLY thing I would say about this cabin is that it is split into two rentals. There is a door inside that connects the two rentals (almost like a conjoined hotel room). Didn’t have any issues but this would just be nice to know before arriving.
