There is a convenient kitchenette with a coffee maker, mini-fridge, sink, toaster, and microwave, so you can have a snack or enjoy coffee in the morning.
Need to catch up on some work or emails? No problem - the sitting room includes a desk for your convenience.
This cozy suite boasts beautiful wood flooring and a stylish design, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that will make you feel right at home.

**There are five cottages on the property, each with their own private entrance. The outdoor spaces, including the pool, are shared among all cottage guests.**

Very cute place. Exactly we wanted for our long weekend in Fredericksburg. Super close to the main road that you can leave your car at the Airbnb and walk to get food or go shopping! Would stay here again!

We had such a great stay here!! Being so close to Main Street was a huge plus. It was close enough to walk, but far enough away that it still felt private. The hot tub was a great feature for the cold January nights. The host was also super helpful. After checkout, we realized we left something behind but the code had changed so we weren’t able to get back inside. After a quick phone call, we were given a new code and were able to easily grab our things we left. Overall this was a great experience and we will definitely be back!

Jordan, walking to Main Street and still feeling tucked away from it all is exactly what that location is made for, and January in the hot tub on a cold Hill Country night is hard to beat. Really glad the forgotten item situation got sorted out without any hassle on your end. When you come back with your group, the cluster of cottages nearby works well for exactly that kind of trip, everyone close but not on top of each other. Looking forward to having you all out here!

We loved staying here. It was perfect for two of us. Plus being 2 blocks from Main St. was awesome! Directions and instructions were easy to follow. The host responded quickly to any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again!

Michael, hitting every expectation at a Hill Country property is exactly the bar we set for ourselves, and a perfect ten tells us we cleared it. Come back when the wildflowers are running in spring, the drives through the surrounding ranches are something else entirely at that time of year!

Victoria, being that close to main street is one of the best things about that little cottage, and it sounds like you felt it firsthand. The walkability there is genuinely hard to beat for a Hill Country weekend. If you come back, ask us about the best time of year to catch the wildflowers along that stretch of town, spring out here is something else entirely!

We were given the wrong code to the door. After a travel day it was very frustrating but they responded fast and provided the correct one. There was blood spots on the pillow but there were many pillows so changed pillows and moved on. Overall, would go back.

This was such a cute little place only 2 blocks from Main Street! So close to amazing restaurants, wonderful shopping and fun entertainment. The inside and outside were well kept. Nice quiet neighborhood. It was great to be able to walk wherever we wanted to go! Close to a nice park as well. Would definitely recommend this property for anyone looking for a quiet little place to relax at the end of a long day of fun! Fredericksburg is such a wonderful town!
