Nestled within this retreat are five distinct units, each offering its own unique ambiance and amenities. Let's embark on a journey to explore the individual characteristics of each unit:

Unit A offers three cozy bedrooms, each adorned with a comfortable queen-sized bed. These tranquil spaces provide a haven for restful nights.
The full kitchen boasts modern appliances and ample space for preparing delicious meals.

Unit B offers a single bedroom featuring a king-sized bed, ensuring a luxurious and restful stay.
The kitchenette is well-appointed, providing the essentials for light cooking and dining.

Unit C boasts a serene bedroom complete with a king-sized bed, promising a night of peaceful repose. A full bathroom accompanies the bedroom. The kitchenette provides the essentials for light cooking, ensuring guests have everything they need.
Relax and unwind in the private hot tub, a sanctuary for relaxation and rejuvenation.

Unit D features two bedrooms, each graced with a king-sized bed, offering a haven for unwinding after a day of adventure.

Guests have their own private hot tub, creating an intimate space for relaxation.

This property shares a wall with another unit situated directly in front of it. While you'll have your own space and privacy, please be mindful of noise.

**There are five cottages on the property, each with their own private entrance. The outdoor spaces, including the pool, are shared among all cottage guests.**

Our group of 12 stayed at The Grove to stay at while for tasting in the area. The location was as described. Very clean and well equipped. Several in our group suggested we make this trip and rental an annual trip. Very comfortable too. Was a little worried about parking but once we arrived, realized there was more than enough room for everyone to park. Highly recommend this VRBO.

This place is a true gem in the heart of Fredericksburg!! We had 10 ladies in our group and the space was perfect for us to be together but also have our own space. We had an issue with hot water and electrical in one of the units but it was remedied within a few hours while we were away. You are walkable to Main St. shopping, Signor winery is directly behind you and Crossroads Steakhouse and Saloon is also a short walk away. We are excited for the pool going in and can’t wait to re-book for next years trip!!!

Location, cleanliness, and consistent positive reviews over time are what I look for when booking an Airbnb. This place did not disappoint. Love, love, love!! We were 13 adults ranging from Gmom and Gpop to young adult cousins. These 5 amazing “little”cottages offered the perfect space for each couple and individual. Each place was huge! Every bedroom had a king sized bed and each bathroom had large shower space and lighted vanity mirror which was perfect for getting gussied up for the wedding we were attending. There was good seating for hanging out. Pics did not do this place justice! Once we parked, we walked everywhere. Kaffe Haus for coffee, Zulys for breakfast, Altstadt for a Hefeweizen (go in gate and up steps for cute little bar). Even the late-nighters could walk home from Crossroads Bar. We found a great little bar & lounge next to Brooke’s called Lost Luggage. Amazing craft cocktails! Town is quieter during the week with places closing early, but weekends pick up!

The facilites were very clean and in good shape. Two minor issues, the kitchen could have been stocked with more than one kitchen towel. the WiFi for the TV's was slow, often times dropping the signal. For the most part, everything was very nice.

We had a fantastic stay! The houses are very comfortable and have most everything you need. My only personal request as a guest would be one full length mirror in each house and one steamer somewhere for clothes. We would definitely book Cozi again in the future.

A full-length mirror and a clothing steamer are both going in, and honestly those are the kind of practical touches that should have been there from the start. Next time you visit, the Hill Country wildflowers in spring are worth planning a trip around if you have not seen them from the porch yet. We will have everything set for you!

This place is amazing! All 4 houses were immaculate and perfect for our needs. We had a large group in town for a wedding and we all had plenty of space. Location is walking distance to Main Street which was ideal for us. Highly recommend!!
