Upon entering, you're welcomed into a beautiful and expansive living room. An open floor plan seamlessly connects the living area, dining space, and the kitchen. It's an entertainer's dream, with a large sectional sofa for relaxation and a flat-screen TV for entertainment. Sunlight streams in through the large windows, filling the space with natural light. The dining table, with its prime location and seating for six, offers views that enhance every meal. For more casual dining or socializing, there's additional seating at the bar for four, situated at the kitchen island.
The kitchen is a chef's delight, featuring stunning granite countertops and state-of-the-art stainless steel appliances.

The master bedroom is a sanctuary of comfort and sophistication, boasting a regal king-sized bed. Its en suite bathroom is a masterpiece, offering both a large soaking tub and a stunning walk-in shower.

Bedrooms two, three, and four continue the theme of luxury, each furnished with a sumptuous king-sized bed. The fifth bedroom goes a step further, featuring two queen beds. What truly sets this property apart is that each bedroom has its own spacious and full bathroom, complete with custom-tiled showers. This ensures that every guest enjoys both privacy and the utmost in comfort.

An exciting bonus awaits on the second floor, in the form of a game room. Here, you'll find a kitchenette, a spacious sectional couch for relaxation, and another TV for entertainment. This space is perfect for unwinding, playing games, or watching your favorite shows and movies.

The outdoor area of this property is equally impressive, offering three inviting porches to choose from. A pool awaits, complete with comfortable lounge seating and a charming gazebo for moments of shade. Fire up the gas grill for a barbecue, indulge in a game of cornhole, or simply relax in the outdoor seating area to dine al fresco.

-The hot-tub is built into the pool and is heated year round but we do not offer heating for the Pool.

-Please be aware that the pool and hot tub are serviced and cleaned on Mondays and Thursdays, so you may encounter the pool cleaning company if you have the home reserved during these times.

Great news for pet lovers! This property is pet-friendly, so you can bring your furry friends along for the adventure. We want everyone to enjoy their stay, including your four-legged family members. To ensure a paw-sitive experience please be aware of the following:

Pet fees & rules:
We're delighted to welcome furry friends! This property is pet-friendly for dogs, unfortunately we can't accommodate cats at this time.
-Pet fee(s) of $155 plus tax will apply in addition to the nightly rate.
-Please check the weight limit and max number allowed for this unit.
-Please keep your pups leashed outside and clean up after them.
-A separate pet waiver must be signed.
-Any and all damages or issues caused by your pet to a unit or furnishing will be immediately charged to your credit card on file.

Perfect house! It felt more like staying at a friend’s home than a rental. Ideal for a large group visiting Fredericksburg. Everything was exactly as described, with thoughtful extras throughout. Excellent communication and responsiveness. Easily the best Airbnb we’ve stayed at—looking forward to returning.

It was a great time spending NYE with my family here! They had it decorated for Christmas still, which was so nice! We had a few hiccups with the door codes not working upon check in and a few issues with communication before check in but overall, the management staff were friendly.

The Heavy Pour is an absolute dream! We had a group of 10 with the 5 bedrooms 5 baths everyone was able to have their own personal space. We plan to make this our annual stay.

We had three generations staying at this beautiful house--ages 13-84. What worked so well for us was that each bedroom had its own bathroom. The pool is wonderful. The scenery is fascinating, one can walk or run on the roads nearby. It was easy to get to Fredericksburg and we did something different every day, coming back to swim and relax in the evening--Luckenbach, the history museum, Stonewall, Enchanted Rock, wineries and tubing. It was one of our best times ever. Thanks to VRBO and Cozi Rentals for making it so easy.

The house was very nice. We had an amazing time. The grounds are totally fenced in so you don’t have to worry about pets wondering off. The pool was great. House is in the country but is only a 10 minute drive to town.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Heavy Pour. The home is beautifully furnished, accommodating to two families with older children, and dog friendly. The views were fantastic, and we felt like we were out in the country while only a ten minute drive away from Fredericksburg. Having two primary suites made both sets of parents incredibly comfortable, and we were able to cook and share meals in the well equipped kitchen. The pool is so pretty, but without a heater on the spa, we didn't get in. Overall, we highly recommend the hospitality and comfort of this lovely Hill Country home.

It is such a beautiful home with all the things you could possibly need! Me and my girl friends thought it was the perfect place for a girls trip or a family trip! They had games, everything you could need in the kitchen, a nesspresso coffeemaker upstairs and more! We loved being out in the country but close enough to town and the view is incredible! We Will definitely be back again!

Beautiful house, well-appointed, clean and comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there. It is a bit far outside of town, but it makes it nice and quiet. We got a noise complaint one night from a singular outburst from one friend at the pool which seemed a little excessive. We weren't playing music or being rowdy. So note that they take quiet hours very seriously. Also, I got multiple notices on email and text, maybe overkill. Lastly, I tried to send questions through VRBO, but got no response. However, I received prompt responses through the text number that was sending me notices, so definitely use that tool for communicating. Overall we loved the house and our time in Fredericksburg. We would definitely do it again!

This is a very beautiful place. Immaculate condition. Very well decorated - and each of the bedrooms has its own charm. The kitchen is well stocked with plates, glasses, silverware, knives, cutting boards, etc. Very open and roomy. The front flower gardens are very pretty. The pool has a great layout. It is so quiet, the perfect place to chill. Highly recommend!
