This place was perfect for our recent girls trip! The home was tastefully decorated and had all of the necessities, it was also about a 10 min walk to town which was great for the morning coffee runs. Definitely would stay here again!

Really lovely stay in Fredericksburg. Great house, comfortable beds, great location, relaxing hot tub! The thing that is annoying about the host (a Hospitality Group) -is that they add an additional fee that is outside the parameters of AirBnB. In this case, they charge either a fee for a security deposit (around $50) or they take a $1000 security deposit beyond the posted amount. The point of AirBnB is that it does all of those things within the fee it shows you. This added layer of providing guest ID information and extra fees is a real bummer and is not the AirBnB ethic. I suggest to Texas Hospitality Group that they don't list on AirBnB if they don't feel that the company provides ample insurance coverage. Otherwise, it is simply a sneaky, added set of steps and fees. I've used AirBnB for nearly 15 years - this is not a normal way of doing business through the site.

My wife, the kids and I take an annual trip to Fredericksburg almost every year. This unit was conveniently located to the downtown center square (with kids playground and ice rink during Christmas), with easy walks to all the dining establishments and shops. It’s also easy access to the roads leading to Enchanted Rock (30 min) and Lost Maples (further at 1.5 hrs away) State Natural Areas. We enjoyed our time and would recommend to others.

We loved our stay here. The house was lovely and well appointed. The location was great. Easily walkable to shopping and restaurants. We loved sitting around the fire pit. Hosts were extremely friendly and responsive. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing weekend! Kirk and his team were incredible hosts, replying quickly to any question we had. The home was perfect for 4 ladies on a girls trip. I would stay here again in a heartbeat! It's so close to everything we wanted to visit, Kirk gave us so many wonderful recommendations, and the home was so cute and quiet. Exactly what we needed!

Kind and responsive host. The place itself was beautifully designed and very spacious. Beds were COMFY. My girls and I were definitely fans. We did have some issues with the wifi connection but was resolved once mentioned to the host. Our place was also supplied with many towels to choose from. Being given more than 1 tide pod would have been helpful, though, knowing to do a load of towels before checkout. Hot tub was also not fully cleaned in one area. Disregarding these minor setbacks, I enjoyed my stay here with the girlies. Thanks Cozi Hill Country 🫶🏼

We took my 88 year old grandma on a trip to Fredericksburg and chose this house due to it’s walker/wheelchair accessibility. It worked perfectly for our purposes and we were pleasantly surprised by the seat in the walk in shower. It was also easy to park and pull up close to the unit to get my grandma in and out of the car. The location is great- the younger people on the trip were able to walk to Main Street easily and we also drove to Enchanted rock which was about 20 minutes away. Interior is beautiful and clean- looks just like the pictures. The hot tub was a big plus!! The management team was perfect, they reached out a few times to make sure we had everything we needed. We did not realize the AC could not go lower than 73 as a rule, so if you prefer cooler keep that in mind. Overall a great stay and we will definitely stay here again!

My sister and I stayed here for a girls weekend getaway. It was the perfect setup, cutely decorated, and super clean. It was an easy walk to main st and simple/designated parking. The rooms are a great size, too. I would 100% stay here again! My only “complaints”, if you can even call them that, are: I wish there had been kitchen hand/tea towels (we used way too many paper towels), the cookware was also a little light (we planned to cook breakfast but couldn’t find a casserole dish), and there was a used bar of soap left in my sisters bathroom. That said, that’s being pretty picky. This place was spotless otherwise with comfy beds and nicer linens than some others I’ve stayed in. Definitely recommend this spot!

The house was very beautiful and clean. It was close to restaurants and shops making it easy to pop back in for a rest. The best part for me was the accessibility features. I use a walker and this house was perfect for me. From the designated parking, wide doorways, open living.kitchen area to grab bars and seat in the shower it had it all. We will definitely book here again.
