The two cottage Suites (The Stables 1 & 2) are situated privately in the rear of the property and were designed for that perfect romantic getaway. Each have tastefully unique equine inspired décor, seating area for two, a lush king size bed with chandelier above, a luxurious marble and granite bath and a kitchenette with under counter fridge/freezer, sink, coffee maker, and microwave. A private fenced front porch with seating for two provides cozy seclusion and privacy. The Stables each have designated off-street parking spaces just steps from the door.
This prime location simply cannot be beat. Being within one block off Main St. means shops, wineries, and restaurants are all only a few minutes' walk out the front door!

Glad the house felt safe and comfortable the whole stay, because that is exactly what we want folks to feel the minute they set their bags down. Next visit, take a morning out on the porch with coffee before anyone else is stirring, it is the quietest part of the day around here. I really enjoyed our stay . My boyfriend and I were there celebrating his birthday. We were in stable 2 . I didn’t take pictures because the pictures listed are exactly what you are going to get. One thing I will note that if anything the pictures didn’t do the size of the space justice. The entryways and ceilings are so tall it makes the entire place feel open and spacious. My fiancé and I made a long weekend trip to Fredericksburg and our stay was absolutely perfect. We were one block from the main road, in walking distance of multiple restaurants and coffee shops (and 2 blocks from a very cute ice cream shop!). Being so close to the main road, I was worried about noise but we had no problems at all. The stay was peaceful and cozy! The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was stocked and clean, and there were even complimentary bottles of wine to choose from. A great place to stay in Fredericksburg. The suite is at the back of the property and away from the road, so it's quiet and comfortable. The suite is well furnished, comfortable bed, nice bathroom, etc. Walking distance to downtown amenities. The insurance fee options are a bit much, but I guess understandable. The driveway grade is a fair heads-up and we have added a clearance note to the listing so guests with low-profile vehicles know what to expect before they arrive. Beautiful place and great location. Looks small in pictures, but once you get there it is a lot larger. Such a nice, safe quiet location. Can’t go wrong if it’s a couple or couple with kids.
