The living room serves as the heart of the home, offering a cozy gathering space to play games, share lively conversations, or relax with a movie or your favorite show after a day of adventure.

The fully equipped kitchen is designed for culinary inspiration, featuring a stainless steel electric stove, butcher block countertops, and a spacious center island for meal prep and mingling. Share your delicious creations in the dining room, where a table for six invites you to savor meals and create lasting memories. For added convenience, a laundry room is also included.

Each of the two bedrooms features a TV and a private ensuite bathroom, providing privacy and comfort for all guests. The game room doubles as an additional sleeping area, complete with a full-size sofa sleeper, making it perfect for families or groups of friends.

The house was perfect for our family to end spring break, to pool was so cold but it worked out perfectly for our hot afternoon! It was in a great location for the restaurants and farmers market, local wildlife such as deer came into the front yard, and it had beautiful trees growing❤️

The house was beautiful and the area was perfect and close to downtown area, lots to do nearby and within walking distance. Definitely plan on staying there in the future!

Best place to stay

This property is a must. It's in the center of everything. Go out the front door and walk to the river, parks, bars, and restaurants. Its clean and quiet and special bonus is the deer that come every evening in the park across the street. We will book this property every year for Wurstfest

I’m born and raised in New Braunfels, but haven’t been back in a while because I travel for work constantly. This location is fantastic, especially if you’re there for Wassilfeast, wurstfeast, or to enjoy the local bars . The home is spotless and gorgeous, neighbors are quiet, but you can hear music from Lost and found at night (this didn’t bother us because we were there for night life) . I truly have nothing negative to say about the home or location . The only thing I didn’t like was the deposit, refundable or not, I feel like I paid for the rental in full and it was non-refundable so I’m not sure why I had to pay an additional $60ish as a deposit.. if I chose the refundable, then it’d place a 1k hold. This did not impact my rating by any means and I would rent the space again simply for location and cleanliness .

Very loved the Tolle Haus! Great location! Adorable decor and super clean! Everyone at Cozi VR was very responsive and communicative. We loved being able to walk to restaurants and bars as well as to/from the tubing company. And the deer were a fun addition! We will definitely be back!

We had such a lovely stay! Accommodation was clean, modern and private! We loved the pool to relax in after our days at schlitterbahn and floating the river. Very close to many tourist attractions and walkable! Thank you for making our vacation a memorable one! We will definitely stay again!

Great location, great house! There were three full bathrooms that were wonderful for our party of six women. The pool was great to have kitchen is fully stocked and has anything you could need. We really enjoyed our stay here.

We LOVED everything about this home! Located in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood with deer everywhere. The home was clean, cute and fully stocked upon arrival. The kitchen and bathrooms were pristine had everything we needed for our stay. Comfortable beds and the game room and pool were perfect additions for our stay. The host was quick to respond when necessary. The home is located within minutes of everything you could possibly need-Schlitterbahn, The Comal River, Parks, The Guadalupe, Gruene, shopping and restaurants. We are already dreaming of another stay here!

My husband says this is his favorite Airbnb to date! It was a great place, spacious and private but the charms of a historic house. Renovated nicely. Large space- 2 bedrooms w king beds, living room, dining room, kitchen, game room with additional dining space and beds. Lovely outdoor space with pool, grill and fire pit. Kitchen was appointed with everything a weekend chef could need. Walkable to downtown NB as well as the riverfront. We will definitely seek this place out again.

This place was amazing. It was 90 plus degrees and the air conditioner cooled every room. The pool was clean. Nice appliances and we walked downtown and enjoyed ourselves. This Host was top notch and our daughter and friend had a wonderful birthday.
