We felt right at home as soon as we arrived! The house was exactly what we were looking for, it couldn’t have been better! It was very clean and comfortable and the location was perfect for walking to Main Street.

This was the perfect place for our family for my son’s wedding. It would make a great family reunion site with 3 houses all together. The Hot Tub was great! They have done a phenomenal job decorating. Very convenient to Downtown Fredricksburg! COZI Rentals makes it so easy too. They respond very quickly to every message we sent them. Love them!!!

The main house & guest house were exactly like the photos. Very clean & plenty of space. A/c worked great along with all of the fans. I wasn’t pleased that we would be charged for an early check-in, but weren’t offered the same respect with a discount when we weren’t able to get in because the code didn’t work to the doors. We didn’t get the code working until well after check-in time, so I feel a refund for the same amount of money as what an early check-in would cost should have been awarded since the problem was out of our control. I do feel like it was slightly over priced already, but overall nice house.

Great location. Very cozy for our group. We had an issue with the outside lights not working but cozy responded and fixed the problem quickly. Hot tub was great.

Our stay was great. Perfect setup for the 8 people (4 couples). King size beds for everyone. It is walkable to downtown square if you don’t mind a short hike. Was about .7 mile from front door to Main/Llano. Shorter if you are heading to Hondo’s or Crossroads. Never got in the hot tub but it looked great. And it was hot. We had to add a dog last minute to the reservation and it wasn’t a problem. Would recommend to anyone.

Clean, cute, convenient! It was nice to have the separate housing so we weren’t all cramped in sharing 1 house. The middle house where I stayed didn’t have bath soap and shampoo, but then found it later in the kitchen pantry. Other than that and figuring out how to use the heat/cooling system, it was fantastic!

We loved the property and the cleanliness. Truly felt like a 5 star hotel experience in little quaint Fredericksburg. We had our mind set on a newer remodeled venue and were trying to avoid the antique farmhouse feel. This location nailed it! Walked to main street for breakfast even in the snow!

These two houses were absolutely perfect! Very well kept, super clean, and perfectly located close to Main Street. The houses are beautifully decorated and look exactly as pictured. The owners communication was probably the best I’ve experienced! Very accommodating and very responsive. The check-in and check-out process was super easy! We really enjoyed our stay at this gorgeous home. We had plenty of room provided in the two homes and their beautifully decorated bedrooms. We spent time relaxing outdoors by the fire pit in the evenings drinking wine. It was a short walk to Main St. where we spent our days strolling the shops. Overall, this home was just a perfect getaway! I will definitely book this home again!

We had use of the main house and the guest house. The properties were lovely and well equipped for our needs. The beds were comfortable. The outdoor area was lovely with a fire pit and hot tub. There were two bikes to use but tires were flat and it rained alot so a non issue really. Would definitely stay here again. Good communication with property management. Water in guest bath main house was an issue. It would not get warm without running water for a long time and never really got hot. So just used main shower. Plenty of towels. Could just use wash rags. A few minor things which I shared with the manager but overall this property is a great place to stay very clean and spacious for our group. Great place!!

This property is super cute and would be perfect if you are traveling with friends or extended family. There are 2 houses, each with their own kitchen and living area. We were in for a wedding and had to travel to Johnson City for the rehearsal dinner. The location of this house gave us easy downtown access (you can walk) and the ability to get to all the great places in the hill country.

This property was perfect for celebrating my mom’s 71st birthday. Each of the four couples had their own bedroom and bathroom. The two houses made it perfect for the really early risers to have space and not worry about waking the others. We had plenty of room to feast, play games and just enjoy each others company. The fire pit (with some wine of course!) was a perfect way to end our evenings. The only negative was the internet was extremely unreliable and none of the numerous closets had hangers. Overall I would recommend and return to this place if available again in the future.

Perfect property for a getaway for four couples from four different states. The four bedrooms with separate bathrooms were appreciated. Plenty of room in the main house to gather for meals plus playing card games….outdoor area was great place to enjoy our morning coffee. Nice location within walking distance of restaurants and attractions. Definitely recommend this property!

We had a wonderful stay at this Fredericksburg rental! The location was absolutely perfect—close to everything we wanted to do, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful. The home had plenty of space for our group of five friends and was very well-maintained throughout.Although the hot tub wasn’t available during our stay, the host let us know ahead of time and explained they were in the process of replacing it, which we really appreciated. Communication was excellent from start to finish, and it made the whole experience smooth and stress-free.Would definitely recommend this property for a fun and comfortable getaway to the Hill Country!
