Set on a private, tree-shaded lot with a long circular driveway, the home's stone exterior and green metal roof give it an unmistakable Hill Country feel. Inside, the open kitchen features custom wood cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and a large center island with seating, perfect for gathering before heading out to explore. The living room offers a comfortable, well-styled space to relax, complete with a barn door accent and views out to the property. Each of the 3 bedrooms is outfitted with a plush queen bed, designer linens, and curated Hill Country-inspired art. A sleeper sofa and roll-away twin mattress is also available upon request, allowing the home to comfortably sleep up to 11 guests. Step outside to enjoy sweeping views of the surrounding pastureland and river below

Really enjoyed our stay. Kitchen is equipped with all you would need, comfortable accommodations and enjoyed all the thoughtful extras such as games, books, fishing gear etc. The home is gorgeous and very homey. Would love to come back in a cooler month and enjoy the fire pit!

Shelby, a kitchen that actually has what you need and those little extras like games, books, and fishing gear are the details that turn a rental into somewhere you genuinely settle in. The fire pit is worth coming back for when the evenings cool down.

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was nicely decorated, very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We especially loved the easy path down to the river—it made the location feel peaceful and special. A great little place to stay in Ingram, and we would definitely recommend it!

Great property. Great location for what we planned. Texas has very hot days, and the A/C kept us cool. I would stay here again. This house had everything needed for the hospitality including deer feeding by the firepit, which the deer showed up twice a day on schedule!

The home, the location, everything was excellent! The house is located just off the highway, close enough to restaurants and shops, but still tucked away in its own private area. From the games, puzzles, and interesting art and knickknacks, to the sizable kitchen window looking out toward the back yard, everything was just so beautiful. Had every amenity needed. I was pleasantly surprised to see sporting equipment outside, including fishing poles and tackle boxes. I personally loved the shower. Bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The biggest attraction is definitely the huge field/back yard and the Guadalupe River, that was just a short walk to. We arrived during the flooding in the area and could not swim in it, but it was still a sight to see. Still so peaceful and quiet , especially with the many deer roaming in the yard. I actually got to record a baby deer drinking milk from its mama! We loved it all and want to come back soon!

Everything was great! This is easily one of our favorite airbnbs we’ve stayed at. River and park within walking distance. Lots for kids to do around the property (fishing, outdoor games provided, etc.) We will be back!!
