Wonderful home and perfect location to downtown Fredericksburg. The home is extremely clean and beds are very comfortable. One issue that we struggle with was that only three bath towels were provided with a four person occupancy. We reached out to the host and was told that they couldn’t provide more than what was at the home. Bring towels if you need more than three for your family and stay.Anonymous - Posted: 10/18/2026
James, three bath towels for four guests is not right, and hearing that nothing more could be provided made it worse. We have reset the linen count at the house so towels match full occupancy, with spares stocked in the closet, and our team can run extras out the same day if a group ever needs them. Glad the rest of it held up the way it should, a clean house, comfortable beds, and that short hop into downtown Fredericksburg. Come back for a peach season weekend, the orchards east of town are worth the drive, and the towels will be waiting. For July, it was a bit of a trek to Main St in the heat, but the house is in a great, quiet location. It had everything we needed and was so cozy. We have stayed at this property before and we had a good of a stay as we have before. The accommodations were clean, comfortable, well appointed, well organized, and well stocked with all kitchen and household items needed. We like the location very much as it is conveniently located but also very quiet and private. The Host kept us updated prior to our check in all the way through check out. We had a really nice Thanksgiving at this lovely home. Excellent location, comfy beds, well equipped kitchen. Perfect space for my Family of four. We never were able to connect to wifi and the team was a bit slow at responding to trouble shoot, but it was thanksgiving so understandable. Meradith, Thanksgiving for four in the Hill Country is exactly what this home is built for, and it sounds like the kitchen and beds delivered. The wifi issue is a real one and our holiday response time fell short of where it should be.
