The living rooms are designed for relaxation and comfort, featuring spacious and plush couches that are perfect for sinking into and unwinding after a day of adventure. You'll also find armchairs, providing additional seating options for your group. Enjoy your favorite shows and movies on the flat screen TV. The living room flows seamlessly into the open concept kitchen, allowing for easy interaction between guests.

Both main houses offer fully equipped kitchens, boasting modern stainless steel appliances and all the necessary tools to prepare delicious meals.

The bedrooms in the main house offer a restful nights sleep for four in the luxurious beds and comfortable linens.
Our bunkhouses offer open concept living and sleeping spaces, providing ample room for larger groups or families. Each bunkhouse is equipped with a full bathroom, ensuring everyone has access to their own private space. One bunkhouse features two queen beds, while the other boasts a queen over queen bunk, making it perfect for accommodating various sleeping arrangements.

Step outside and immerse yourself in the beauty of our outdoor spaces. Unwind and relax in the hammock, swaying gently under the shade of the mature trees. Engage in some friendly competition with a game of cornhole, or gather around the firepit for roasting marshmallows and storytelling. The ample seating options under the trees offer a tranquil setting for enjoying the great outdoors.

Our larger group was well received at this location. Plenty of space for individuals to relax and a very comfortable common area for us to hang out. Issues were quickly resolved with the host and the location was great. Shady outside most of the day with the mature trees and outdoor activities. Thank you for hosting! We enjoyed ourselves.

I am just thrilled that we managed to book this place for the birthday waterslide week. This property is perfect for large groups--it's actually four buildings on one property .The main 2BR2BA has a very well appointed kitchen and W/D. The second house is also a 2BR2BA, with a large kitchen but not as much cookware, so just share from other house. Third place is a converted carriage house, HUGE bathroom, and 2 queen beds. The last, newest it appears, building is a bunk house style great for kids, with a queen bunk bed, small fridge and microwave. Decor throughout is very thoughtful. In the midproperty is a fire pit, a propane grill, plenty of outdoor seating (all chairs were in great shape), and two picnic tables. We spent most of our evenings out here enjoying the neighborhood deer, and roasting marshmallows. Its across the street from West park. And its an easy walk to restaurants, East Park, and the Comal River to float around. So clean and perfect! We will def be back!!

Fantastic property and location! Literal walking distance from the main entrance to Schlitterbahn. We all loved having our own space between the four buildings with the beautiful outdoor shared spaces in the center. Would stay again!

We had a one night stay with a trip to Schlitterbahn. We had a large group that was easily accommodated by the large property. It was conveniently located and even though we were in town, the outdoor areas of the property felt spacious and safe. With many kids on our trip, there was plenty of room for them to safely play outdoors and be entertained. Each building/house was well cared for and had everything we needed to feel at home away from home. It is a beautiful property! We will be back and highly recommend this property that was highly recommended to us!

We really enjoyed staying at this location for our extended family. Having the different houses was absolutely perfect. We were able to come together when we wanted to and we had privacy when needed. I would 100% recommend this for location for extended family or large friend groups. Also, location to Schlitterbahn could not get any better.

What a wonderful place for our family gathering! We had everything we needed right there. Kids and grandkids enjoyed Schlitterbaun. Btw They thought the East park was more fun. So many deer walked right up to the property for us to admire. Thank you so much. 😊

This property was fantastic. There was 13 in our group and we all had enough space for ourselves. We loved the ability to have separate spaces but able to walk into each house to visit. It was very clean, there are deer that freely walk around. Very central location to grocery store and Gruene area. Perfect!!

My family and I stayed here for my son’s wedding, and it was a great fit for our group. The location was ideal, and having four separate houses worked out perfectly. Each one was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and there were plenty of extra linens. The outdoor area was especially nice—it gave us a great place to gather and unwind at the end of each evening. The only drawback was the lack of space to hang clothes, which was a bit challenging with wedding attire like dresses and suits. That said, the host was very responsive both before and during our stay, which we really appreciated. I would definitely stay here again.

My siblings and I stayed here during our trip to celebrate our grandmothers 90th Birthday! The spaces were perfect- allowing each family to spread out but come together for gatherings in the evening outside. The water pressure was great, kitchens were well stocked and beds were cozy and comfortable. Everything was lovely and we’d definitely stay here again!

Gretchen, a big group with room to spread out and still find your own corner when you need it, that is exactly what this property was designed for. Glad it delivered on both counts. On the access hiccup at check-in, we have since corrected the code configuration across all the buildings so the next group walks right in from the start. If you find yourself back in the Hill Country with a crowd to gather, this house is ready for it.

Sharon, a big group lunch at the outdoor tables under Hill Country sunshine is about as good as it gets. Those spaces were designed exactly for that, and it sounds like the weather cooperated perfectly. On the address visibility, we have added clearer signage at the entrance to make arrival straightforward for your next group. If you ever need the houses again for a gathering, the outdoor kitchen and fire pit area would be a natural next stop for you all!

What a great rental spot! There are 4 homes here, all facing a common courtyard. 2 are 2bedroom 2bathroom homes, and 2 are smaller studio style single bedroom spaces. All are immaculately updated furnished, and cleaned. The 2 larger homes are very historic feeling with beautiful wood floors and period appropriate styled furnishings. There was plenty of room for our party of 8 and 2 toddlers to hang out inside or outside. The location was perfect for our Schlitterbahn adventure as this is right across the street from the West Park with the new toddler area! It's also a 7-10 minute walk to the East Park. super convenient. The property management company is very responsive and does their best to make sure any issues are taken care of promptly.

Loved the outdoor space! We sat around through-our the day! Very relaxing and great location. Schlitterbahn across the street and close to stores and restaurants. Houses were beautifully decorated and fully equipped. We had 15 in our party and had ample space. The hosts were very responsive and checked in on us frequently. We plan on coming back!

We were looking for a place to celebrate our mom’s 80th birthday. We were a group of 14 and this property was perfect. Conveniently located to all of the things we wanted to do—we have been coming to New Braunfels since the early 70s— this property has it all. It’s across the street from The Schlitterbahn and minutes from the tube outfitters, downtown businesses and all the other places we remember nostalgically. The main houses each have lovely kitchen and living rooms, big enough for everyone to gather. The homes are well appointed and feel like they fit the period in which they were built. The bathrooms are very modern and the bedrooms are comfortable. We put all the teens in the bunkhouses so everyone was able to spread out. It didn’t feel crowded at all. The management is very responsive to requests and communication was prompt. I would definitely stay here again and will recommend it to friends.

Toni, a house full of tournament teens and everyone still had room to breathe and a comfortable bed to fall into at the end of the day. That is exactly what this property is built for. Glad the location kept the weekend low-stress and that the place felt cozy even with a full crew.
