My stay was really great! I loved being so close to Main Street. The house was very nice and looked like the pictures. My only disappointment was that the hot tub didn’t get very hot and the hot tub area was a little dirty. But other than that I really enjoyed my stay and would stay again.

Pros: Perfect amount of space for 2 couples. Enjoyed the hot tub after a day of shopping. Host did reply almost immediately after any message sent, very helpful. Cons: The shared backyard wasn’t as pretty as in the pics but may just be the time of the year. The dishwasher did not work.

Our group really enjoyed our stay at this place - clean, great location, worth the price. Walking distance to downtown and a couple other restaurants. Be sure to read all the fine details as this is a property mgmt rental. Our only gripe was the $50 non-refundable damage deposit (money grab) or $1000 hold on your credit card that MUST be completed before checking in.

The Airbnb was great and exactly as pictured and described. It was close go the downtown area, where we could easily access shops within a few minutes drive. It is tucked away in a quiet area. We loved being able to use the hot tub as well. The hospitality group was responsive in helping with questions we had and the check in/out instructions were clear.

Great place to stay loved the area very central location quiet peaceful spacious clean and beautiful. The only thing I will mention is that the backyard is shared with other guests next door. This wasn’t an issue for us since the hot tub was private and secluded. The WiFi might also be shared with the other guests since it continued to kick us out and signal was lost often. We ended up having to connect to our phones hot spot to watch a movie uninterrupted. Overall great place however.

This unit was quiet and as advertised. Only a short distance to Main Street all the action in Fredericksburg. Great for one or two couples.

The property is exactly as the description and pictures state. It was well kept, clean and comfortable. The hot tub was a nice add! My husband and I enjoyed our stay tremendously! Would also be a great place for a family to stay. The check-in and check-out process was very easy. Wonderful host!

Good location. Hall bath toilet wasn’t working properly and hot tub didn’t really get hot at all. Still enjoyed the property and stay overall.
