Home is comfortable and clean. Safe and quiet neighborhood. Safe walking on the street - many neighbors were out each morning walking with us - so were the deer! Beautiful area! King bed was extremely comfortable. Nice ceiling fan for hot sleepers is a bonus! Hosts are very responsive and friendly! Amy, those morning walks with the neighbors and the deer are the best part of staying out there, and it sounds like you got them every day. Glad the king bed and the ceiling fan did their job too, hot sleepers tell us that fan earns its keep. Being minutes from just about everything in Fredericksburg makes the place easy to settle into. Next trip, head out to Enchanted Rock early while it's still cool, then come back and take the afternoon slow. We would be glad to have you back anytime. We love this house and had such a wonderful get away. My son was so excited to see games at the house, since we forgot our Uno at home. The kitchen is huge and spacious. It was so nice to a garage to park in as well. The only set back was there were so many stickers in the backyard. There is obviously not a lot the homeowners can do about this, but just good to know if you have children or pets. It was such a great experience staying here! Lindsey, your son discovering the game stash was exactly the kind of surprise we love to hear about. That kitchen was made for big family meals, and having covered parking in the Hill Country heat is one of those things guests appreciate more than they expect. The stickers in the backyard are a real nuisance, and we are having the lawn treated and combed before the next stay so barefoot kids and curious pets have a much better time out there. Cozi Hill Country was a great place to stay while visiting Fredericksburg. It was in a great neighborhood and it was a short drive to everything we did. The house was well furnished and stocked with linens and everything we needed. The house exceeded our expectations. Everything was so clean. Patio area was private, comfortable, and beautiful. Hostess even had a BBQ placed out there when asked if they had one so they went above and beyond to meet our needs. Best part. Price for the stay was exceptionally great as well. This house is one of the loveliest places we've stayed in througout the years. The property was very clean with everything one would need for a pleasant stay. The neighborhood was quiet, a few thousand steps away from the city hall. Check-in and check-out instructons were clear.
