The master bathroom includes a large walk-in tile shower while the guest bathroom includes a tub/shower combination. The fully functional kitchen displays beautiful white granite countertops and brand-new appliances including a Keurig coffee maker with complimentary coffee and creamer pods. The kitchen, dining, and living area are an open concept that allows for the perfect gathering space. This beautiful home has a gorgeous and large back porch and patio. You'll love sitting on the blue chairs on the back patio under the Texas stars!

Great news for pet lovers! This property is pet-friendly, so you can bring your furry friends along for the adventure. We want everyone to enjoy their stay, including your four-legged family members. To ensure a paw-sitive experience please be aware of the following:

Pet fees & rules:
We're delighted to welcome furry friends! This property is pet-friendly for dogs, unfortunately we can't accommodate cats at this time.
-Pet fee(s) of $115 plus tax will apply in addition to the nightly rate.
-Please check the weight limit and max number allowed for this unit.
-Please keep your pups leashed outside and clean up after them.
-A separate pet waiver must be signed.
-Any and all damages or issues caused by your pet to a unit or furnishing will be immediately charged to your credit card on file.

We love this house and had such a wonderful get away. My son was so excited to see games at the house, since we forgot our Uno at home. The kitchen is huge and spacious. It was so nice to a garage to park in as well. The only set back was there were so many stickers in the backyard. There is obviously not a lot the homeowners can do about this, but just good to know if you have children or pets. It was such a great experience staying here! Location was PERFECT!!

This was a wonderful spot for our family to stay. The home was warm and cozy beds were comfortable the renovations were done tastefully and it was clean. We appreciated it having a garage and yard for the baby to explore. No complaints! And we would definitely stay again! Until next time!

Cozi Hill Country was a great place to stay while visiting Fredericksburg. It was in a great neighborhood and it was a short drive to everything we did. The house was well furnished and stocked with linens and everything we needed. We would definitely recommend! *pets were allowed although beware the fence in the yard was open on both sides.

The house exceeded our expectations. Everything was so clean. Patio area was private, comfortable, and beautiful. Hostess even had a BBQ placed out there when asked if they had one so they went above and beyond to meet our needs. Best part. Price for the stay was exceptionally great as well. We will definitely be using them again.

Stayed here for a girl’s weekend and it was the perfect location. The house was nicely updated and a great size. It was close to Main St. (I wouldn’t recommend walking). The instructions provided were thorough and easy to follow.

This house is one of the loveliest places we've stayed in througout the years. The property was very clean with everything one would need for a pleasant stay. The neighborhood was quiet, a few thousand steps away from the city hall. Check-in and check-out instructons were clear. We even received a text message with the door code when it was clear we would be arriving in the dark (very thoughtful). Will be coming back for sure.
