Description

You will feel welcome and at home as you walk through the door. The open-style floor plan is perfect for socializing and spending time together. Grab your favorite beverage and make popcorn for a night of relaxing and reminiscing while lounging on the plush living room sofa and enjoying a movie on the large flatscreen TV. The farmhouse table in the dining area would make an ideal space for game night or sharing a home-cooked meal made in the kitchen.

Waylon's house is ideal for two couples exploring the Hill Country, as both bedrooms have comfortable king-size beds and en-suite bathrooms with beautifully tiled walk-in showers. The sofa also pulls out into a sleeper and can sleep two more guests.

As fabulous as the inside of the house is, your favorite place will be watching the deer from the rocking chairs on the deck or enjoying the amenities the shared party barn offer. The shared party barn houses a ping pong table, cornhole, washers, a giant Jenga, a grill, and a fire pit.

*Please note the outdoor party barn is a shared space with the other two houses on the property.

Waylon's house is the ideal place to call home during your stay! There are also two other guest houses on the property, Willie's house, which is a 3 bedroom/2 bath and will sleep up to eight, and Dolly's house, a 2 bedroom/2 bath sleeping up to six. Rent the entire property to accommodate a group of 20. Perfect for a family reunion, ladies' weekend away, or just a group of friends!

We had a great time at this little house in Fredericksburg! There are three houses on the property so it would be great for a family reunion or something! I recommend the Waylon houses specifically because it has the hot tub attached to the porch. I will say, you have a choice between a $1,000 hold or a $50/night “damage waiver” fee that you must make before you can check in. The place is great, but if price is what’s convincing you to book you should be aware of the related fees. We would stay here again!

Listing was as described. Close to Main Street where restaurants and shops are located. But off to separate road where one could relax. The outside area had barn with games. The living area was very spacious. Showers were also spacious. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

The house was very spacious and beds super comfy . The record player was a nice touch . It’s very close to downtown it literally took us 5 min to get to Main St so that was fantastic! It felt very safe and secure . It had everything you would need and extra linens and pillows . The only thing I was disappointed in was the back yard is under construction they are what looks like putting in a pool which would be nice when it’s done but all the workers trash etc is everywhere! The Party Barn could definitely use TLC we didn’t use it because it’s very worn and broken down from weather and just guest breaking things and trashed out , so sad on that because pictures on website paint a different look . Grill was not same grill in pic and not clean . Also hot tub was hot but it’s so pitch dark with no lighting we couldn’t see anything . So that’s the thing that disappointed us was the back outside area and party barn . Other than that great home for the price .

This airbnb was extremely spacious and cozy; it was very clean and provided more than adequate amenities for myself and the other guests. It was so close to downtown Fredericksburg and extremely easy to be out and come back for a relaxing afterrnoon before heading back.. the hot tub was probably the BEST part: easy access and extremely private! 10/10 great experience and would book again!

This Airbnb was perfect! It’s super cozy and had such a welcoming vibe from the moment we walked in. The space was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. It’s also in a great location—just a few minutes from downtown, so everything was easy to get to. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing stay close to the city!

We found the perfect at the Waylon house! The living room kitchen space was very roomy and laid out so well for entertaining. The bedrooms were large with private bathrooms in each. Huge walk in showers with private toilets as well. The backyard area was huge with a private hot tub and deck. The shared party barn was perfect for playing corn hole and a fire pit was also available. Lots of linens and large bath towels to use for the hot tub. The skies at night were beautiful for seeing the Texas stars!

This place is upscale living in the country, half mile maybe a mile from the strip. the outdoor amenities were greatly appreciated. Would love to rent the entire property (3 houses) for like a family reunion of sorts would be fabulous for this!!!!

Went to see the wildflowers and Fredericksburg. The place was a perfect location. Even though it was close to the road we did not really hear much traffic. Perfect area for our dogs to walk around. The rooms were really big and showers were nice and big as well. Would stay again.
