As you step inside the main house, the living room welcomes you with an air of spacious elegance. A large, inviting couch and a selection of chairs are thoughtfully arranged around the flat screen TV.

The dining room, with its expansive table seating for eight plus additional four seats at the kitchen island provide ample space for everyone to enjoy meals together. The full kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances, is a haven for culinary enthusiasts.

Bedroom one features a king-sized bed, offering a sumptuous haven for rest. Additional seating for two provides a cozy spot for morning coffee or quiet reflection. The en-suite bathroom is a sanctuary in itself, complete with a double vanity, a walk-in shower, and a separate soaking tub.
Bedroom two invites a comfortable queen-sized bed, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep.
Bedroom three is perfect for friends or family, this room features two queen-sized beds, providing both comfort and versatility. These two bedrooms share a second full bathroom, complete with double vanities and an inviting walk-in shower.

The Pool House is a delightful retreat offering a welcoming and cozy space with a large couch and flat screen TV. Adjacent to the living room is a kitchenette, offering just what you need for preparing simple meals and snacks.

The bedroom features a queen-sized bed, ensuring a restful and comfortable retreat after a day of exploring Fredericksburg. The full bathroom offers all the amenities you'll need.

Weitz Haven has an incredible outdoor space, the pool is a refreshing centerpiece, inviting you to take a leisurely swim or bask in the sun-drenched surroundings. The adjacent hot tub offers a soothing retreat, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration.

A variety of outdoor amenities promise endless entertainment. Engage in a friendly game of cornhole or horseshoes, or test your skills on the pickleball court or with a game of basketball.

PERFECT for large families! The extra little house was ideal for our son and his little family. So much hangout areas with plenty of seating. The pickle ball courts were the highlight for the adult children who decided to hold a tournament. Deer everywhere and even had a fox one morning. So many great memories made. Highly recommend for larger gatherings! Short drive to Main Street

We had a wedding in Fredericksburg and spent this past weekend at this home. My wife and I, three adult sons, their spouses and our grandchildren all stayed in this comfortable and accommodating home. The beautiful Pickleball court and outdoor lounge spaces were a highlight as was the hot tub and pool area for outdoor lounging. The living room accommodated us all for socializing and family games. This was the first time I rented a home and I am very satisfied with the clean and accommodating home, pool house, and outdoor living space which offered me and my family exactly what we needed to relax and reconnect!

We loved everything about the place. The outside was beautiful and the backyard was so inviting not to mention lots of fun for our selves our crew and our 9 year old daughter. The pool was amazing and the hot tub was so relaxing. We worked all day and to come back to a place where we can truly relax and enjoy ourselves is awesome and appreciated since we work all the time and this is pretty much as much vacation as we get.

Mandi, that backyard and pool setup doing its job for your whole crew, including your daughter, is exactly what that space was built for. A hard-working family squeezing real rest into a rare vacation is the kind of stay that makes running these properties worthwhile. One note from your private message: the living room vent wasn't pushing air the way it should, and that vent has since been serviced so the next guests aren't sitting in a warm room. Come back when you need that next recharge, the hot tub will be ready.

M & G sits in a stretch of the Hill Country that only gets better with repeat visits, more trails to wander, more sunsets to catch from the porch. Come back whenever the road calls you this way.

This is a good piece of land with everything to do on the property. Only 5-10 min drive to main street. Had a good time here. I'll be coming back in the future.

Josh, knowing you had everything you needed right on the property and could still be on main street in five minutes is exactly what makes this place special. Glad you made the most of it. When you come back, bring a little extra time to slow down and explore the far corners of the land. There is more out there than most guests find on a first trip, and it sounds like you are the type who would enjoy finding it.

This was the perfect spot for our girls trip! Plenty of room for everyone and cozy atmosphere. We loved the outdoor patio and pool area. When we arrived the pool had a few insect friends that us Florida girls were not used to but the Cozi team promptly responded and came out to clean it for us!!!
