The open layout seamlessly flows into the dining room, featuring a spacious table for eight, perfect for gathering with family and friends for meals and conversation. Continuing into the full kitchen, you'll find a huge island and stainless steel appliances, providing everything you need to whip up delicious meals during your stay.

Retreat to the master bedroom, offering a comfortable king bed and an en-suite bathroom with a huge walk-in shower, providing the perfect place to unwind after a day of adventure. The second and third bedrooms feature queen beds and share a second full bathroom, ensuring ample space and comfort for all guests. Upstairs, the fourth bedroom in the loft space doubles as a game room, offering a queen bed plus a twin over full bunk bed, pool table, cozy couch for relaxing, and a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. Whether you're seeking restful sleep or entertainment, this versatile space has something for everyone.

Step outside to the spacious covered patio and discover a tranquil retreat overlooking the inviting pool with rock waterfalls. Lounge on the sun loungers, take a refreshing dip, gather around the firepit and enjoy the outdoor dining area for al fresco meals with family and friends. Adjacent to the pool, you'll find a sauna and spa for soothing sessions. For a more private retreat, there's even a spa outside the master bedroom.

-The West End Nest guesthouse is located on the same property right next to the main house and will accommodate an additional four guests, you must rent it separately from the Main house. Please be aware that it may be occupied during your stay by other guests.

Great news for pet lovers! This property is pet-friendly, so you can bring your furry friends along for the adventure. We want everyone to enjoy their stay, including your four-legged family members. To ensure a paw-sitive experience please be aware of the following:
Pet fees & rules:
We're delighted to welcome furry friends! This property is pet-friendly for dogs, unfortunately we can't accommodate cats at this time.
-Pet fee(s) of $135 plus tax will apply in addition to the nightly rate.
-Please check the weight limit and max number allowed for this unit.
-Please keep your pups leashed outside and clean up after them.
-A separate pet waiver must be signed.
-Any and all damages or issues caused by your pet to a unit or furnishing will be immediately charged to your credit card on file.

Our stay was amazing! The place was beautiful and in a great location. The drive to Main was quick and easy. The house was clean and had plenty of space for all of us. The hosts were responsive and accommodating to our specific needs. I would definitely recommend this place.

Dwight, a five-star stay with a promise to come back is about as good as it gets. Glad the house delivered for you. Next time you're out this way, the Hill Country wildflowers in spring are something else from the property, and timing a trip around that stretch makes the whole experience even better. This home was perfect for our family's vacation. The pool/hot tub/sauna was amazing and we used it so much. The house was spacious and even with 12 people staying in the home it didn't feel crowded. It is on a large, beautiful lot close to town. Would definitely rent again!

Courtney, twelve people sharing a space over the holidays and nobody felt on top of each other, that is exactly what a house like this is built for. So glad the pool, hot tub, and sauna got the workout they deserved. The lot has a lot of room to breathe and it sounds like your group made full use of it. Come back when the bluebonnets are out in spring and the Hill Country is showing off a little more!

Overall, we were very happy with our stay. The home was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. Due to a city ordinance, we weren’t able to use the fire pit — we’re not sure if this was mentioned in the listing or instructions before booking, and if it was, then we may have missed the fine print. Aside from that, the hosts were very supportive and helpful through messages, which we really appreciated.

Anup, the fire pit should never have been a surprise you discovered on arrival. Burn restrictions come and go here, and our listing buried that in fine print where it was easy to miss. We are moving it to the top of the amenities section and adding a line to the check-in message that states the current burn status the day you arrive, so you know before you pack marshmallows. Glad the house itself held up and that messaging got you what you needed. Come back when the ordinance lifts, evenings around that fire pit are the best part of the property. They were very responsive and accommodating. All 6 beds were very spacious and so was the entire place. The driveway is shared with what appears to be a back house that someone lives in which I don’t think was disclosed and someone was there the whole time, we also had to share the driveway with them. I didn’t really feel fully comfortable with that but we didn’t see them at all so no issue in the end I just wish I knew before booking. They also require a $1000 hold which i also didn’t like. I would recommend adding more mirrors upstairs as there was only 1 in the bathroom. The location was very convenient and the backyard was beautiful, this place would be perfect for the summer. The pro’s definitely outweighed the cons.

Mayra, six beds all feeling spacious is no accident in a house that size, and we are glad the backyard made the impression it did. You are right that the shared driveway situation deserved a clearer callout in the listing, and we have updated the description to spell that out before anyone books. The mirror situation upstairs is an easy fix and we are adding one to each bedroom. Summer on that back patio with the Hill Country air is something else entirely, and we would love to have your group back for it.

This place was awesome! It was perfect for my big group of friends to all have their own space and it was the ultimate hosting place. Only thing I can complain about is the tech for the outdoor amenities is very finicky and out dated. I wasn’t able to use the outdoor speakers and sometimes it was a mission to get the pool/hottub heated but other than that this place was a 5/5!

You are right that the outdoor speaker setup and the pool and hot tub controls are overdue for an upgrade, and we have already started sourcing a replacement system that is straightforward to use from day one. Overall excellent house. Very large and comfortable with plenty of beds. Loved the loft and game room area. Beautiful kitchen with everything you need. Gorgeous pool but not heated so we couldn’t get in the pool as it was super cold water (I’m sure it’ll be nice in the summer though!) We were able to use the grill to cookout so that was nice. It is just outside of town but a quick trip to downtown.

This property doesn't need my review, it knows it's beautiful and in the right spot. The house is awesome, clean and fully stocked with essentials but, the pool is the star of the show with 3 different sets of waterfalls and lights and jets, who needs a resort when you can rent this place that you don't have to share with anyone?! Amazing stay, will do it again.

Paul, beating out "most hotels" is exactly the kind thing to hear from a guest who clearly knows the difference. The Hill Country sets a pretty high bar on its own, and we work hard to make sure the house clears it. Come back when the wildflowers are up in spring, the property looks like a whole different world out there.

Neil, nine people sleeping comfortably under one roof in the Hill Country is exactly what this house was built for, and hearing that the furniture held up for a full group and that someone got to enjoy their morning coffee on the patio makes it worth every bit of care we put into the place. That master shower tends to be a crowd favorite. When you come back, try to catch a sunset from that patio, because the light over the hills in the evening is something else entirely!
