This gorgeous home consists of three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The spacious bedrooms offer the latest mattresses and bedding offering an optimally comfortable and luxurious night's sleep especially after the long days of enjoying downtown Fredericksburg and the local wineries. It's the perfect place for your guests to relax and unwind. Our open-spaced kitchen comes fully stocked with plate ware, flatware, serving platters, glassware including wine glasses galore, and other little necessities for those wishing to dine in.

The home was absolutely charming. Everything you could ever need was in the kitchen. The beds were all comfortable. The living space was comfortable. It was an easy walk to Main Street. We had a great time. One night there was even a herd of deer grazing in the front yard. I highly recommend this home.

Great house and location. There are 2 commercial grade refrigerators in the kitchen. We couldn’t figure out if one was a freezer or not. After going back and forth with the host it seems they are in fact just refrigerators. So, there was no freezer available on the property. Just FYI bring an ice chest if you have things that need to be frozen or need ice.

We had such a wonderful stay at this very quaint home. Everything was perfect. It was so convenient to everything. The home was so clean and cozy. The rooms were big and the beds were so comfortable. The kitchen has all we needed. We enjoyed the hot tub and the outdoor seating areas in the front and back. I would definitely stay here again!

This home was located very close to Main Street. Made visiting restaurants and stores walkable. The home was also well kept and in a quiet location which made it easy to settle in and relax. Would definitely book again on another visit.
