Our family of 11 had a wonderful time in this house! It had everything we needed and is perfectly located for floating the "horseshoe loop" of the Guadalupe River. There are 3 tube rental places nearby and I highly recommend using Shanty Tubes! New Braunfels and Gruene are a short drive to visit shops and restaurants. The hosts were very quick to reply to questions prior to our arrival. We would happily stay here again. The only blip in our stay was the malfunctioning keypad at the front door that wouldn't take our code upon arrival. After a short wait, a phone call to the hosts was returned with an alternative key code. Other than that, I highly recommend this property!

Lainee, a spacious house full of friends or family is exactly what this property was built for, and it sounds like you used every bit of it. Glad the size delivered for your group. Next time you come through the Hill Country, book a longer stretch if you can. More nights out here means more time to slow down, explore Fredericksburg, and really settle into what makes this part of Texas special. Hope to have you and your crew back soon!

We enjoyed our stay at this property, the house was awesome with lots of amenities. Host was always responsive. I’d be happy to stay here again.

Jack, "awesome with lots of amenities" is exactly what we built that house to be, so hearing it land that way means a lot. The Hill Country is something else this time of year and we would love to have you back out here, ideally long enough to catch a sunset from the deck with something cold in hand.

My family and I really enjoyed staying at Cozi Hill home! The game room was a hit for our kids and the location was a few blocks from Camp Fimfo. Kitchen was well stocked and we loved the fact that there was a restroom per family. We would definitely stay here again.
