A mix of modern and rustic touches flows throughout the home, and you will feel right at home as you walk through the door. The living room offers a cozy place to gather with friends or family and plenty of sitting room for everyone with three comfortable and stylish sofas, two of which are sleeper sofas. Tucked away in the corner is an old-time record player with LPs for you to enjoy, a large flat-screen TV hangs on the rock wall above the faux fireplace, and there is an ode to Willie Nelson that adorns the wall.

Crisp white cabinets and countertops complement the kitchen's farmhouse sink and stainless steel appliances. The rustic farmhouse-style dining table is expandable and has seating for eight guests or pull up a barstool to the kitchen bar.
Each bedroom is set up to provide a restful night's sleep; all three have comfortable king-size beds and window shades to block out the morning light if you plan on sleeping in a bit.
Olive Street Ranch is a peaceful and serene getaway where you can see wildlife scampering in the fields while rocking on the front porch as the sun rises, and you can spend your evenings socializing in the shared party barn on the property. The shared party barn and adjoining outdoor space feature picnic tables, a gas grill, seating around the fire pit, giant Jenga, cornhole, a ping pong table and washers.

*Please note the outdoor party barn is a shared space with the other two houses on the property.

Willie's house is the ideal place to call home during your stay! There are also two other guest houses on the property, Waylon's house, which is a 2 bedroom/2 bath and will sleep up to eight, and Dolly's house, a 2 bedroom/2 bath sleeping up to six. Rent the entire property to accommodate a group of 20. Perfect for a family reunion, ladies' weekend away, or just a group of friends!

We Celebrated My 60th Birthday!! What a day to remember!! The Willie House had plenty of room inside & out for my friends & family!! We had it Catered By my Friends Vic & Sarah Garcia with Shugabee’s BBQ!! There’s plenty of cutting boards, kitchen utensils & counter space for catering there. We enjoyed the outdoor games provided in the barn!! My husband even enjoyed the hot tub!! Great memories were made for sure in this Beautiful Home!! Thanks so much!! Love You More!! We were in town for some wine tasting and this location was great, lots of wineries within a short drive. Lots of restaurants close by and minutes from downtown Fredericksburg. We really liked being able to unwind each day with the hot tub or down at the fire pit. Kitchen had everything we needed to make our meals when we didn’t visit one of the nearby restaurants. We will definitely be back!

We had a great stay! The house was roomy and comfortably accommodated our group of six adults. It was close to town, which made it convenient, and the hot tub was a really nice touch. There were plenty of towels, pillows, and blankets available, which we appreciated. The floors were a little creaky and the internet went out once, but it was easily fixed by unplugging and resetting. Overall, this place was a great value for the amount of space and amenities offered. We’d happily stay again!

This property is located conveniently only a few minutes drive from Main St. It is nice that it is fenced off from the neighbors and has a gated entry. The owners have done a great job of decorating and paying attention to details. Two older teenage boys even commented on the décor and the upscale feel upon entering the house. They especially loved the pool table and the big bedrooms. I most appreciated the cleanliness and the attention to detail, like the soft music playing in the living room upon our arrival to the creative folding of the paper towel and toilet paper. There were a wide range of board games available inside and the outdoor games and space was also nice to have. We did not build a fire or use the hot tub, but it was nice to have those options available. As mentioned in the description, there are three houses on the property. Although they are close to one another we never heard or interacted with our neighbors and only saw them briefly enough to know they were there. This would be an ideal location for families traveling together but wanting their own space/house. We were very pleased with our stay and would stay here again. The communication with Cozi Vacation Rentals was top notch. They were clear, thorough, and quick to respond.
