This place was really great. Very thoughtfully laid out for a couples’ weekend or bachelorette trip. (There are six bedrooms in the main house and 2 in the pool house. The backyard has everything you’d want, we spent lots of time in the pool. And the pickleball court is something you don’t see every day and so cool for folks that love the game. We had a blast and would recommend.

Jennifer, that pickleball court gets a reaction every time, and it sounds like your group put it to good use between rounds in the pool. Eight bedrooms across the main house and pool house means nobody fights over space, which is exactly why we set it up that way for weekends like yours. Next time, get the fire pit going after dark once the water cools off. It is the best seat on the property, and the stars out here earn their reputation. Come see us again. Misti, hearing that the questions got answered fast is the part I'm proudest of, because that's the piece guests usually have to chase somewhere else. Glad the little house won you over too. It's a favorite of ours for exactly the reason you said, it just feels right the minute you walk in. Next time you're out this way, take a morning to sit on the porch with coffee before the day gets going, then head over to the resort side and walk the trails when the light is still soft. The stay was nearly perfect! The only downside was that the trash bins outside were almost full when we arrived and never taken out during. Other than that I have nothing to complain about. The house was beautiful, so clean and spacious and had wonderful amenities.

Great Home, great location. Everything was so cute and perfect. I would highly recommend and will 100% stay here again. The house had everything we needed for a group of 14 and we still had extra room. Cannot recommend enough. We even had a mixup with the door code and locked ourselves out and we were let back in within five minutes. Customer service was so fast and great!

I can’t say enough good things about this property. It was clean and spacious, and the location to the Main Street of Fredericksburg is incredible. Check in and out was very easy, and the hosts were always reachable. I can’t wait to stay there again!!

I stayed here with a group of friends over the weekend. The house is big and it had everything we needed. The location is great! only a 7 min drive to the stores and wineries. There is enough space for about 3-4 cars to park. ID verification and security hold has to be done outside of Aibnb app, through a website called Happy Guest. Read all the instructions and it should all work out. We had a good experience.

Berenice, glad the seven minute run to the wineries worked out as well as it did, and that the house had room for the whole group and everybody's cars. You were right about the sewer smell in the bathroom off the living room carrying into that closet. A plumber has been out to the drain and vent on that side of the house, and running water through that trap is now a fixed step on every turnover, not something left to chance. The Happy Guest note is useful too, and we are making those instructions clearer up front. Come back with the same crew and take the long loop through the wineries. We truly enjoyed our stay. The 6 bedrooms and adjacent "guest house" was more than enough space for our group of 10 adults!. The outdoor kitchen area was so relaxing., we enjoyed breakfast under the Oak tree. We would definitely return. The easy access to the property and spacious living area were a plus. When we had questions, we received almost immediate responses. Overall a great relaxing and enjoyable getaway !

Leticia, breakfast under that oak tree is exactly what that outdoor kitchen was made for. Glad the space gave your group of ten room to spread out and actually relax. On the hall bathroom, that odor was a real issue and the couple using that room deserved better. The plumbing has been serviced and that bathroom is back in proper order. When you bring the group back, the Hill Country wildflower season in spring gives that whole outdoor space a completely different feel worth seeing!
