I can’t say enough good things about this property. It was clean and spacious, and the location to the Main Street of Fredericksburg is incredible. Check in and out was very easy, and the hosts were always reachable. I can’t wait to stay there again!!

I stayed here with a group of friends over the weekend. The house is big and it had everything we needed. The location is great! only a 7 min drive to the stores and wineries. There is enough space for about 3-4 cars to park. ID verification and security hold has to be done outside of Aibnb app, through a website called Happy Guest. Read all the instructions and it should all work out. We had a good experience.

We truly enjoyed our stay. The 6 bedrooms and adjacent "guest house" was more than enough space for our group of 10 adults!. The outdoor kitchen area was so relaxing., we enjoyed breakfast under the Oak tree. We would definitely return. The easy access to the property and spacious living area were a plus. When we had questions, we received almost immediate responses. Overall a great relaxing and enjoyable getaway !
