Inside, you’ll find a welcoming living room with a comfortable sofa and two chairs—ideal for relaxing after a day of wine tasting or shopping on Main Street. The full kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a center island for easy meal prep, and a dining table where everyone can gather. A dedicated laundry room adds extra convenience for longer stays.

The home offers three thoughtfully appointed bedrooms—two with plush king beds and a third with a cozy twin bed—plus two bathrooms, one with a walk-in shower and the other with a tub/shower combo to suit everyone’s needs.

Step outside to enjoy peaceful moments on the front deck, complete with seating and a wheelchair ramp, or head to the back deck for al fresco dining at the table and chairs. The outdoor patio with a fire table and additional seating provides a perfect setting for evening relaxation under the stars.

And best of all, Yellow House is pet friendly (dogs only), so your four-legged family members are welcome too!

We're delighted to welcome furry friends! This property is pet-friendly for dogs, unfortunately we can't accommodate cats at this time.
-Pet fee(s) of $115.00 plus tax will apply in addition to the nightly rate.
-Please check the weight limit and max number allowed for this unit.
-Please keep your pups leashed outside and clean up after them.
-A separate pet waiver must be signed.
-Any and all damages or issues caused by your pet to a unit or furnishing will be immediately charged to your credit card on file.

Very responsive host who checks in throughout the stay. The property is great, and the wildlife is abundant. I highly recommend to anyone visiting the Fredericksburg/ Hill Country area.

Roger, the wildlife out there really does put on a show, and I'm glad you got to see it. Checking in during a stay is just how we like to do things, so it's good to hear it landed well. Next time you're out this way, get up early and take your coffee out back before the sun is full up. That's when the axis deer come through, and it's the quietest hour on the whole property. We absolutely loved our stay here! We will definitely use this Airbnb in the future. It was clean, cozy, fully stocked, and a great location. I locked myself out of the house and the owner was there in less than 10 minutes to let me back in. I honestly can’t recommend this place enough!

After being on the road for 5 weeks, it was a pleasure to stay at a place that felt like a home. When we needed to go out, places for shopping, entertainment and food were close by. Watching the deer graze every night was a relaxing time we looked forward too. We would stay here again the next time we travel to Fredericksburg.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Fredericksburg! The property was incredibly quiet, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind. It was very spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully maintained. Absolutely loved the private and country style home!!! Everything was super clean and comfortable. We felt very safe in the area and enjoyed the views in the morning and evening. Would definitely consider staying in any of the host’s homes.

This was a perfect little house off the main drag, away from the noise of the town. but still very close. Quiet clean and roomie. this third room with the twin bed is extreme small, but it's functional, the 2 other rooms are full well appointed bedrooms. the kitchen was lovely to cook in, everything I needed for basic meal prep. Seating for 6 at the dining table, and a cozy living room. If we come back to the area we'll look to stay here again.

Laura, quiet and close to town at the same time is genuinely hard to pull off, and it sounds like the house hit that balance for you. The kitchen is one of my favorite things about it, good prep space and a real dining table make a week feel like a week rather than a camp-out. The coffee maker is getting replaced, and the washer seal is on the maintenance schedule for a proper deep clean this week. Come back when the wildflowers are up in the spring, the Hill Country looks completely different and the house is a wonderful base for it!

Loved the place, just not the price and wish they would tell you from the beginning that their is a non-refundable deposit, so your jot surprise when you check in. I had never had to pay a deposit at any of the air B&B this was the first. So in order for you to check in, you’re forced to pay $49 non-fundable or $1000 deposit and you get it back within 5 days if you didn’t have any damages to the property. I was very disappointed

Diana, a 10 from someone who had friction at check-in means the house itself really delivered, and that matters to us. You are right that the deposit options should be spelled out clearly before you arrive, not at the door. We have updated our pre-arrival communication to include the full deposit breakdown so every guest sees it before they ever pack a bag. The Hill Country is worth another trip, and next time you will walk straight in knowing exactly what to expect.

Sally, a clean and comfortable stay in the Hill Country is exactly what we aim for, and hearing you enjoyed it makes the work worth it. We did receive your private note about the live oak dropping acorns on the roof and will be getting those branches trimmed back before next season. Come back in spring when the wildflowers are out along the property and the nights are quiet enough that even a light sleeper wakes up rested!
