Grape Creek arranges tastings in their wine tasting room at the estate vineyard and also in their downtown Fredericksburg and Georgetown locations. This includes a scenic tram ride through the working vineyard, as well as a tour of the production facility and barrel room.

This family-operated winery began planting their organic vineyards in 2003 and is of a handful of Texas wineries that only sell estate-bottled wines. The team currently owns or manages around 200 acres of grapes in the Texas High Plains AVA. Their unique configuration enables them to grow more plants per acre than many other vineyards, creating a more favorable microclimate. Grapes grown in this region include Tempranillo, Viognier, and Cabernet Sauvignon.
